I placed a mobile order at 9:54 PM and arrived at the drive thru about five minutes later. Instead of my food being ready or at least close to ready, the employee told me to come back in 10 minutes, which already felt like a waste of time. It was clear they don't prioritize orders placed through the app at all. When I finally received my bag, it was sealed shut, so I didn't open it until I was already on my way home. That's when I realized my order was completely wrong. She gave me two mashed potato sides, didn't include the two desserts I paid for, and there were no utensils or napkins. I had to drive all the way back, get in line again, and didn't actually get my food until 10:24 PM. When I asked about the missing items, she told me they didn't have them. I decided to walk-in instead of drive thru wow! How have times change I guess customers service has really lost. I got a feel like it was a soup kitchen then a fast food restaurant but I guess it's like they say we come for the food comfort. I fully understand now why the table & chairs and floors look like a homeless encampment. I'm writing this review because Monica the manager helped me to figure out how their reward program works. I've been using this app now for three years and the points would always be withdrawn but it would never reduce the price on the receipt. I had to finally show the manager what my total was before and what it was after I scanned. She actually called someone and they did figure it out. Supposedly, you have to order the rewards meal separately from the rest of your order and you have to tell the cashier when you place your order that it's a reward meal. I walk in and order my food and as customers came in an elder couple came in and ask to order and the Manager says no you have to order in the Kiosk . It's extremely frustrating dealing with the very poor customer service that we have experienced time after time since the 1st week this establishment opened until now. The majority of employees are constantly socializing so much that they lose track of what they're doing. I've seen that quite often on different dine in experiences. Poor communication skills and extremely unprofessional. ALWAYS MISSING PART OF THE ORDER. It's infuriating when you get home after picking up food through this drive-thru (that for some reason it's conveniently closed many times) just to find out part of the order is missing. That happened a few times, and when I started checking my bag, I always had something missing like a 6pc. wings, a side or biscuits. On one occasion, when I made them aware of my missing items, they packaged them for the incorrect customer. I understand that mistakes can occur, but this is obviously a consistent pattern of bad employees and bad leadership. Also noticed some employees are HIGH on a substance which makes them noticeably impaired. Please keep in mind that my family and I like popeyes chicken, and I believe some of the other customers with bad reviews also do. Please, please address this terrible situation that is giving this establishment a bad business reputation.
