Generous protein portions heaped on top of hot rice and I believe they also make their own ranch dressing, addicting! But really order extra jalapeños if you love spicy!!! And just letting you know I only had about 30 people show up BUT EVERYTHING WAS EATEN. This just tells you how delicious the food is. Didn't have much flavor other than the slightly scattered teriyaki sauce. They do have teriyaki sauce on the table but it's cold and the flavor is just not there. Not sure what happened but it was JUST OK. We ordered to don't In and it was not piping hot as you would expect coming right off the grill. Something is just off and JUST OK is NOT OK. The beef bowls used to be very soft and almost melty beef. This was dry. Pale. Flavorless. No bueno. My son enjoyed his cheeseburger. This place use to be very good however the past times I've gone they always get my order wrong. I ordered a beef bowl and got chicken bowl instead which I never order chicken there. I was already home had to settle for chicken. After that occasion I still decide to give it an other try. Yesterday I went and ordered beef bowl and veggie rolls. Lucky I was trying them on my way home and noticed they were hot outside and cold in the inside so I decided to go back for a refund. I was spectacle about keeping the bowl because I was questioning it being under cooked as well. They made it very easy for me with that decision since I asked for a refund for the egg rolls and he said he needed to reverse everything and charge me again. Ummm I don't think so that's two pending transactions. The owner said that wasn't his policy. I laughed and asked it giving under cooked food was his policy, which is dangerous specially since I was pregnant. I just returned everything. I won't be back to this establishment and telling my family and friends. My husband loves the burritos here, this is what he comes for. He usually orders beef, but tried the chicken today. Interesting fusion take on a Japanese-esque burrito. The crispy fried gyozas were one of my favorite bites here, must try item. Super light and crispy skins. They are generous with the sriracha sauce and the teriyaki sauce, extra star for that.
