Absolute worst run restaurant on the Mississippi Gulf coast! Which is a shame because the food is well prepared the cooks to a great job. But the counter people are rude unprofessional and are led by a manager who is the same. Do not expect anybody that you come in contact with to have any kind of work ethic. They take their time, let the orders pile up, do not call out customer names, and plain don't care. What makes things worse is they give you attitude when you complain. I love this place! The dinning room is closed for dine in but you can go in and order. Try to avoid the drive thru between 4:30 to 5:30 pm and order any mild. FYI, if you're going to mild chicken be prepared to wait. It's a long wait. To save you time; if you're ordering spicy food, to avoid the wait, go in order instead of the drive thu. The food here is good, and the spicy chicken sandwich beats all others. However, customer service is an afterthought. Most of the employees seem kind of annoyed that you are even there. For example, most every time I order at the drive through, the order taker just says "Popeyes" and doesn't greet or ask what you want. It's like talking to a computer. And don't say you want a chicken sandwich with fries and a coke - you have to say chicken sandwich combo first, then she asks what side and what drink. In that order. Like a machine. I often get a side of cole slaw as extra, and I got to warn you to always check the back for a plastic spoon. There's a 50/50 chance it'll be there.
