Food was great, went through the drive thru to pick up my Mobil order and was unpleasantly disappointed by the port attitude of the worker. Tried to ask her to put no ice in the drink because there wasn't an option thru Ubereats and got a very rude response!! Worker was terribly rude and when I asked for the manager to explain the workers terrible customer service she was listening and interrupted me talking to her manager! Stopped in while on a road trip because when in Louisiana... I can't comment on the food, because this girl can not touch fried chicken right now, but my family wanted to get some chicken sandwiches. It was around 10:30 am so there was not a line. The lady that took the order at the drive they was not friendly at all. I'm used to getting that kind of service at Popeyes here so whatever. We ordered 5 sandwiches so we were understandably asked to pull over to the side to wait. My sister ordered a side of Cajun rice so we asked the lady that brought out the food if there was a spoon in the bag. She said there should be. Should have checked but we were in a rush to get back on the road and sure enough no spoon. The sandwiches were not even warm. With so many Popeyes location throughout the state, we definitely made a note not come back to this particular location. read more

Used the drive-thru. Employees were impolite and unfriendly. First received the wrong order and they seemed mad. Never said "sorry". Finally received the correct order and had to go back inside to get beans & rice we ordered instead of rice dressing we received. Again they seemed mad - at us. The dressing was literally thrown angrily in the garbage. The chicken tenders order was a bunch of very small pieces. The food was good but we'll not return to that location. read more

Their sign says lobby open for Popeyes app users, I was in a very long line but after seeing that on the sign I placed my app order then got out of line, only to find the door was locked, then had to wait a hour back in line. Not sure if they're locking their doors when they're supposed to be open but this was very frustrating, please fix your sign if your doors are going to be locked. I highly disapprove of this location. Every time I have been the service is amongst the worst I have ever experienced. After asking what kind of sauce they don't put it in the bag and then want to charge you for it, being told there was a 5 minute wait, and 20 minutes later the food still isn't finished. The audacity of the shift manager that took my payment and asked me to pull forward to then ask me when I go inside after waiting for 20 minutes if my food hadn't been brought out yet. read more

Horrible customer service, over a twenty minute wait that they did not tell me about before I paid for the order. After twenty minutes and no food, had to argue to get a refund after telling them I no longer wanted the food. Had they told me about the long wait prior to paying, I would have not paid and went somewhere else. read more

You will be waiting a long time for your food. I waited on mine for ten minutes but I saw 2 refunds go out in that time. Yes the people that got refunds did wait 15 minutes but to be fair, this was two people that are as fat as a hippopotamus so they could wait. Horrible. You always have to wait super long for your food. If in the drive thru, they will tell you to "drive up" and u will literally wait atleast 10 minutes in ur car. "We have to drop fries can u please pull up" "we have to drop your nuggets, can u please pull up" literally everytime i come. And then usually the rest of my food is cold. (Fries,biscuit,etc) i don't recommend coming to this location. read more
