The food was ok only because it's wasn't hot nor warm. The store was very much clean the lobby , the parking lot, & even the rest room . The cashier I thought should knew a little be more when asking about meals & the sandwich. I wasn't sure if he was new or not . Had the this Tuesday T-Mobile app. I asked questions concerning the deal he didn't have much to say on it cause he didn't know & I get it . We were greeted as soon as we walked in and saw the counter to order. We came around lunch time on a Saturday afternoon. Service was friendly and nice. Easy to order although we wished that they had told us 2/3 of the soft drinks in the dispenser was out; we ordered meals and when we went to get our fountain drink everything except Diet Coke and club soda was out. Another customer asked them to refill the machine but the employee said the manager doesn't come until later in the afternoon. That being said, the food was good. Chicken was hot and crispy. The piece of chicken that came in our spicy chicken sandwich was substantial and definitely filling. You know this isn't some random chicken patty; it's actual white meat chicken! The side of fries was fresh. It was nice to have options for sides ranging from mashed potatoes to mac n cheese or coleslaw etc. They have a drive thru like most fast food joints and there is seating inside. Not a long review. I have been here perhaps a dozen times in the last couple of years, and it's always something. Not enough employees, drive-thru only; wrong order, out of sides, out of this, out of that can't take a coupon. I've never had an issue with food quality or cleanliness. High marks for that - but like I said, it's always something. Today? No corn on the cob (OK. Happens), but - No tenders (wow). But best of all "We only have breast's." What? So, I tried the popeyes chicken sammich for the third time today..... I really cannot determine what's so good about it or the Chick FIL A sandwiches. They are both just ok. Give me a Wendys spicy chicken and I'm way more satisfied. But I would pick a Mr. Hero Roman burger over all of them. The chicken at Popeyes is decent, but at times it can be overly salty. Don't walk, run as fast as you can away from this place! There is a reason they only have a one star rating on yelp. Completely rude, socially inept and clownish staff. They are constantly out of even the most basic of menu items. They also regularly "close" 1 to 2 hours early every day. As far as I'm concerned this place should be run out of town! The environment is sloppy, the food is mediocre, African cashiers have manicures, long nails make customer feel unclean, because the health department doesn't allow restaurant waitress to keep long nails in contact with food, the service attitude is not very friendly, I hope they can rectify it. This is by far the worst fast food (it's never fast) place in the continental United States. They NEVER have anything available, they are the rudest people I've ever met with fast food but hey at least the attitude they give is free. This lady gave me 5 (FIVE) biscuits with no butter or jelly or honey (do you want me to die?). I asked for chicken she said it will be up in 30 minutes.... Like I really could go catch a chicken, kill it, skin it and have it ready in less time than that, or low key just wait for an egg to hatch you'll get chicken faster that way than going to this Popeyes. Sat there with two cars a head of us . Went in to get dinner at 9:09 pm. Doors were locked and drive thru was shut down completely. The hours states open til 10 pm. Knocked on door . Employees and manger stated they were closing early because they were out of most food and wasn't making anymore. This isn't the first time this has happened. I have tried this location a few times but always an issue.once they handed me 15 dollars back in rolled coins bc they didn't have enough money in the restaurant to take a 20 dollar bill. One time they didn't have any Fountain drinks available at all. Mangers are always on their cell phones outside when the restaurant is busy. 4 people waiting inside and drive they also has at least 3 cars in the drive thru. This has to be the worst Popeyes ever! I am local and stop in at least twice a month to grab dinner for the family. Needless to say they are always out of something from Sweet Tea to even no Spicy Chicken one evening at 8pm and there open til 10pm .Which is annoying but I order something else. First no sweet tea, then no apple pies, menu board has some kind of Tots advertised, so I ask for tots. If I could, I would give less than one star. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from here today. Waited several minutes before being " greeted". The employee proceeded to tell me to "wait a second" three times before actually taking my order. I figured she was overworked therefore I did not allow that to define my experience. But, after telling her my order 3 times very clearly she was still unsure what exactly I was trying to order. I then became very aggravated and again stated my order very clearly. When I arrived at the window to pay I made sure she had my order correct before handing over my debit card. She seemed a bit nicer at the window, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe there was a lot going on inside of the store distracting her. Stay away from this location! You'll wait over 15 minutes for your order while getting attitude from the whole staff! After waiting 15 minutes for my order they forgot one of my large sides. When I went back to get my one large side the employee gave me attitude then proceeded to give me a small out of pure laziness. When I showed her the receipt that it was a large she got really nasty with me then proceeded to get me two more small sides giving me a total of 3 small instead of my one large which still doesn't come out even in size.
