Walked in and placed my order at the counter. When I asked Enrique how to redeem a reward I had, he told me "I don't know, you're going to have to figure that out on your own. We aren't trained on that". I looked at him and he said "Yeah I don't know how to redeem it". I ordered without redeeming any rewards. I ordered a $25 family tender meal which came with 4 sides. I only got 2 in my bag. Then, as I'm ordering, I noticed small bugs crawling all over the front counter. This location needs to be trained in accuracy, customer service, and cleanliness. My girlfriend and I decided to visit Popeyes anticipating the standard fast food experience. Oh how mistaken we were. First, we were met with a cashier who struggled to understand our perfectly typical request for a 3pc combo and a 5pc chicken tender combo. In a turn of events that still baffles me, we had tried to translate our order into Spanish for 10 minutes until we found ourselves inputting our own order into their system after the cashier had gave up. A skill, I would argue, that should be a prerequisite for anyone manning the register. But the comedy of errors was only just beginning. Our order was yanked back from our hands for a last-minute 'inspection' with bare hands. Lo and behold, when we got home half our order was missing. Our red beans and rice, mashed potatoes, and biscuits were AWOL. In a futile attempt to salvage the situation, we called the location multiple times, only to be met with the cold shoulder of their silence. It's a grim irony that the missing elements of our order mirrored the absenteeism of basic customer service at this Popeyes branch. We won't be returning to this location, a decision we suggest others might consider if they prefer their meals ordered, complete, and their phone calls answered. read more

I stopped in here the other day for one thing... I wanted to try the new Popeyes chicken sandwich. Believe it or not, several months after the launch of the sandwich, I still have not tried it. There was no line in the store, there was no riot, just a friendly staff member who helped me place my order and gave me my sandwich. I found the sandwich itself to be very good. The chicken breast was crispier than the famous chicken place. I do not know if this is normal, but this specific sandwich seem to be a little heavy on the mayonnaise. I like mayonnaise so it did not bother me that much. However, it definitely adds calories to the sandwich. I thought the overall taste of the sandwich was really good. This review is mixed. As for the food, it is really good. I usually get the chicken sandwich or a two or three piece combo. The Cajun fries are really good. As for the customer service, it is mediocre at best. It seems like one person knows what they are doing and they trying to get everyone on the same page in regards to the orders. Some of the folks know how to cook but don't do a good job of putting the orders together. Every time I come here, I hear about people's orders being wrong. As for the wait, it is ALWAYS awful. I have never come to this place and left within 10 minutes. Sometimes the lobby doors are locked during normal business hours and the drive thru is wrapped around the building. You can expect to wait 20-30 minutes every time you come here. read more

I don't even want to give this place 1 star. I don't live in the area and I stopped on my way home. I walk in and they barely have chicken at 5:00. I stood there waiting for my order for 30 min. I asked for a refund and the manager chose to take his time and ignore me. Finally got my refund after I told them they won't be taking anymore orders until I get my money. We decided to go inside and sit down and eat for a change bad decision on our part. Floors and tables were filthy had to ask someone to come and at least clean a table so we could sit it seemed to be a bother but finally someone cleaned the table half assed because they were put out. No napkins over half of the sodas were out in the machine, no straws. I loaded the straw holder after they brought them to the counter. We were the only customers in the place so it wasn't like they were busy We will never eat there again. read more

Ok so first off whoever "Lena" is, needs to get their attitude in check man. I went to this location and ordered some food. The food wasn't the problem though! A "manager" named Natalie was at the window handing me my food. RUDE AS H*LL! I asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager and I was in shock. She looked like a high schooler! But, I figured, eh she's just a typical rude teenager. So I asked if I could have a number to whoever was above her. This girl named Lena answered when I called. And you talk about NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever! Even yelled at me and told me I WAS WRONG! I've been here on multiple occasions and everyone else I've seen has been friendly. It's sad that this "manager" and whoever this other lady was "Lena", are such you know whats. I will be calling Popeyes corporate for sure. Never have I had this bad of an experience at any restaurant or fast food restaurant. I hope to God they both get fired for this. Someone else has had to complain about them. There's no way. Went thru drive thru to order 4 apple pies. When I pulled up to window, young lady said they are freshly making them and it would take 5 minutes. For apple pies!?!? I'm only writing this in hopes that the owner will see. This location keeps main door locked so no one will eat inside. Me and my husband went to open the door and it was locked, we waited for a second and a employee leaving came out of the side door we asked if they were closed inside and she looked awkward and acted as if she didn't know, then motioned for us to use side door. We walked all the way around to side door and entered in, we made eye contact with many members of staff INCLUDING THE MANAGER as we waited to place our order. They literally did not care about our presence and were in no way planning on acknowledging us. IT WAS SO AWKWARD. I told my husband we needed to leave cause of course we do not want to be any where we are not welcome. This was at 2:00pm on a Friday. I just have to comment on my experience this afternoon. I put an order in on the app. The Asian girl in the drive through needs some customer serving training. Without saying a word, she sticks two sacks out to me. I sit there waiting for my drink. She looks at me and says, "That's everything." I asked about my drink. She says nothing. We only ordered the 10-pc mild chicken family size no sides just under $13. It was not on the menu but was offered at the same price as the 8-pc. A few minutes home drive. The chicken was hot like it just came out of the fryer. A good variety of chicken pieces. Tasted great and we had a little leftovers. The drive-thru looked a little backed up maybe 8 or so cars. So this would be the second time I got crappy service... so last visit I got all the way home in another city and my order wasn't right.
