Ordered the 12 piece tender meal for my family. The lady said they were out of regular chicken and substituted it for the spicy chicken and I said that was fine. The full basket of chicken set on the hot warmer the whole time I was in there just to never get served. They didn't have tea, lemonade, fanta red/orange or Dr Pepper only coke and sprite, never got my straws to drink them, simple order the lady working the desk was very overwhelmed for no reason wasn't even busy ive worked in fast food before telling people in the drive thru they couldn't order on the headset. guys in the back weren't helping her playing around and cussing in the back, very unprofessional will never be going back!
