Food was typically good as all Cane's restaurants area. It was also nice, clean and orderly. I have eaten here twice in the past month; once on a week day and once on a weekend day. Service was terrible both times, mistaken orders, and orders for multiple people coming out one at a time. The second time I ate there was with a friend. We ordered at the same time and it was nearly ten minutes after they had received their meal before I received my order, and there was quite a bit of confusion whilst waiting. The place was not busy, yet there was pandemonium. I can only imagine what its like during peak times! What appeared to be the manager or owner was present and it seemed to me that it was the first day ever on the job for the entire crew. I contribute all the problems with this restaurant to poor management. The crew seemed to be honestly trying but simply lacked good leadership. This was a horrible experience for me and my family. When we walked it, we walked up to the register and keep in minds there was plenty of people in the kitchen doing nothing. We stood there waiting for someone to come to attend us for about 15 mins and no one came. We had to walk out the place because they didn't take our order. The ambiance there was very negative because it was very empty (I wonder why?) maybe it's because they don't attend people. I wasn't able to taste the food because they didn't attend me. This was my first visit at Raising Cane's Chicken. I saw this chain while in Dallas but we never stopped. Glad I found one in Lubbock! We got the "Caniac" Meal. (Bonus because we are Carolina Hurricanes fans... thus, we are CANIACS). This meal included 6 tenders, fries, slaw (subbed extra fries), a piece of Texas toast, 2 of their dipping sauces and a large drink. Came to around $12. This fed myself and my 3 young kiddos. The tenders were really good! Very tender and juicy inside but super crispy and crunchy on the outside! They came SCORCHING HOT. Took a bit for them to cool down but I'd rather have it too hot than too cold. The crinkle fries were great! Perfectly salted. I wasn't sure how I felt about the dipping sauce. I'm curious what is in it. I could put my finger of Worcestershire sauce... I'm not sure if I liked it or didn't care for it. Maybe it's an acquired taste? Service was great! If you've traveled much it's no secret Raising Cane's has become a huge chain. And, if you started at Church's, KFC, Chicken Express or Popeyes, I'm sure you've seen gravitated to Cane's like most. This Cane's is no different than any other: it offers much better than average chicken tenders at a fair price. Keep in mind, however, there's only one reason to come here: for chicken tenders, because there's few other things on the menu. Fortunately, they do the tenders right as you'll find freshly cooked, hot, non-greasy tenders than taste hand breaded rather than frozen like many competitors. Come here, order a chicken tender combo with a lemonade or sweet tea, tip the tenders in some Cane's sauce and you'll enjoy every bite. Keep in mind, they are also open very late, which is a plus. read more

In absolute disgust I went through drive thru and ordered 3 box combos and 1 caniac combo when I got home all of our fries were uncooked I called and told the manager he said I could come in and get my orders replaced so I went back the second time they cooked the fries extra long and were so hard as if they just threw them back in the fryer I will never go to this location again ! read more

There wasn't a single employee there at 5 o'clock on a Tuesday afternoon with a line of cars wrapped around the building and not one peace of paper or note saying that they were closed... I went here a few days ago to pick up a three finger combo in the drive thru. The wait was acceptable. Had someone in front of me ordering forever. When I got my food after driving away, my chicken fingers were tiny. Normally they include an extra tender when the chicken tenders are small but they didn't this time. I love Cane's so this was a disappointment. read more

I love Raising Cain's food, but this location is horrible. Each of the times I've been here, I spend at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru waiting behind only five or six cars. It's the kind of drive-thru line where you put your vehicle in park because you have to sit there so long before you move up. It's the kind of drive-thru line where people behind you abandon the line and decide to go someplace else out of abject hunger. read more

The chicken tenders were wonderful. Great flavor!! The restaurant itself was kinda dingy. Tables were really small and dirty. Could see old grease that hadn't been wiped away. A good scrubbing would be a huge improvement. read more

Food is good but small servings of fries and slaw for the price. They charge for extra Caine's sauce as well.
