This location used to awesome but the last few times I've been here the taste of the food is Blah Blah Blah!! Side order Red Beans, Cajun Rice are 1/2 filled, Chicken Tenders also No Seasoning!! In the last 10 years I think this Popeyes has gotten our order correct ONCE. As much as they charge for a 10 pc of mixed chicken, and you get home and realize there's one piece of white meat and 5 legs....? Clearly these people don't know how to differentiate between a breast or a leg. We go months not going there and then decide to give it another shot...but never again. If they don't have ready when you order DRIVE AWAY!!!! I explained to a young man that worked there, I had no air conditioning and my car was running hot. He told me that they had to work the tenders . I thought le him I was told the wait would be 5 min. He told me, " I didn't tell you anything". I told him the people at the window told me 5 min. It has been 20 min. I have no air conditioning in my car and it started running hot. Finally a woman came out with my food. After the wait, I am soaking wet my grandson is wet from sweating and he had a cold. The rudeness of the man that spoke to me, pretty much put the icing on the cake. It's bad enough watching through the big window and watching them push food to people that got there a long time after me. I think they need to shut this one down the people are rude as they can be. Definitely wasn't satisfied with this particular location. I ordered the two-piece white. While the wing was cooked well and had a decent flavor. The chicken breast was greasy and not fully cooked. I didn't notice this until I left this particular location. I did not feel like turning back around. I did speak to the manager by phone and she did offer to replace the food or refund my money. I told her I did not want either. I just asked that they do a better job of preparing the food.. read more

My husband goes in to pick up a mobile order.. she tells him he needs a door dash bag to pick up our order.. husband doesn't even door dash. If you order a pick up order on your mobile device. Don't expect to get everything you order. I love Popeyes, but I hate the fact that they don't follow simple directions and you have to completely call in and let them know what they did wrong repeatedly. Went for lunch earlier, picked up a 5 piece tender meal. I love Popeye's, but getting 4 RAW tenders did it for me. I absolutely will not be back, at least not to this location. read more

Don't stop. I've been going to this store for years but over the last several months, it's gone waaaayyyyyy down. My last trip was my last trip. Place looked like a bomb went off. Lots of dropped food and trash behind counter on the floor. Got spicy chicken when order was mild. Threw the fries away because they weren't worth eating. Lots of employees standing around kitchen drinking (food safety violation). My gut told me to turn around and walk out but I was in a hurry. Took a chance. Has anyone experienced them not ready for customers on Saturday morning? On 6/8/19 Waited in drive thru for 8am to place an order. They requested a few more minutes, so I did. She apologized for the delay and took my order. I get to the window to pay and am told they had nothing ready and for me to pull up and they would bring it out. I just cancelled my order because I had to be somewhere anx couldn't wait. Why take orders if you have nothing to serve? I enjoy this location for lunch but what's up with the breakfast crew? 2 stars for the politeness and telling me of the issue prior to taking payment. read more

I went to this Popeyes in Pineville, LA, the one next to Walmart and ordered spicy strips. They gave me mild and when I went to tell them, they told me that someone put mild in the spicy box and continued to try and give me bits and pieces of dry breading and told me that's what he got out of the spicy box. I told him to forget it. They were acting like they didn't know what they were doing. One of the worst Popeyes I've ever been too. Never again!! read more

We just thought it was going to be quick. First when we entered we were advised the credit card machine was down and it would be cash only. OK--so we ordered two chicken breast. That apparently was not on the menu or at least the young man at the register thought it was not. Had to call the manger and she told him to charge us $2.74 for each pice. That was fine , only he kept wanting to add on beans and rice and told us just don't eat the beans and rice, the rice will be cheaper. Finally after a couple, of minutes we got the chicken and and our bill. Remember it was $2.74 a piece which was $5.48. When he got through with hitting all the buttons on the register it came to $5.20. To this day I don't know what happened other than the credit card machine was down. The floors were nasty. The dining area and kitchen were equally dirty. The restrooms were far from clean. The girl who took my order was rude. When I asked her what the sides were she said "whatever is up on the board". She also was mouthing off to her manager. However, the food was good. I won't come back here due to the lack of cleanliness and customer service. read more

Very poor! Business was terrible I witnessed three employees being laid off due to bigger management. Young lady was crying because she was heartbroken from being laid off. Lost a handful of people.Manager Shonda Tipton was very rude. Due to a handful of employees lost business was hectic. The new people were very confused and lost and got every order wrong.
