And the "tray" also comes with a drink, so I got a coke float. All this for $8. And the woman working the walk up window was very pleasant & helpful. Those little tiny touches mean a lot ! If I had a wish list I would wish for some mac & cheese.... That's quite literally the only thing that could've improved my experience.

The food is great but the process is different…read more Not sure of their new process, when you order your food for takeout there's a tip line on the receipt, which the person collecting your money makes you feel bad if you don't give them a tip. I am confused about tipping for fast food. I don't tip at McDonald's, Wendy's and Mcdonald's don't ask for a tip at the counter. No fast food place asks for tips for service yet tone provided. I can understand if I was like the original Pizza Huts where you are seated, and you are waited on, but that is not the case here. My 16 year old son had a similar experience here when dining with his friends, they ordered their food at the counter for dine-in, and poured there own drinks from the fountain, he said he was so confused and then felt pressured by the "manager" to tip her by stating "see your friend gave me a tip." He did later leave a tip that they left on the table, but he said the whole experience was just so weird and hat he won't be going back there. I won't be returning either.
