My boyfriend and I live in Dallas, and drove down specifically just for this place LOL. We bought a lot of souvenirs and had so much fun! The drinks, we got 水 (mizu) and 火 (ka), did not disappoint! The price was also soo reasonable and overall a fun experience in the food department! There were some times the staff outside was a little bit harsh, but working all day in busy weekend attraction conditions, I can understand the feeling. I can't believe I haven't tried this place sooner. I pass by it all the time. Customer service was great. The interior has a lot of cute photo ops. The pops were very tasty. I wanted strawberry cheesecake, but they were out, so I had the birthday cake pop dipped in matcha with pink Kit-Kay balls and fruity pebbles as the topping. The young man helping us out mentioned that you can't really taste the dips. They're more for decorating the pops. He was right. I couldn't taste the matcha. The pop looked really pretty, but the toppings do not stick. As soon as you pick it up, they fall off. Beware, it can get very messy if you aren't careful. This is such a unique dessert place! I've had their popsicles here and there from their mall stands, but this store offers more on their menu. I got their soft serve and I love how you can make your own and customize the toppings and all. I got the vanilla base with captain crunch cereal, and strawberry drizzle and puffs as my toppings. It was my first time finishing my ice cream EVER LOL. I usually don't finish but it was really good. I highly recommend going for a dessert date or just to switch it up from all the boba. I love how they offer the choice of popsicles, ice cream, and even waffles that you can add toppings to! The girls in there locked it with a sign on their window that they are currently closed and what time they'll be back. My thoughts are "they just opened and need a lunch break already??" If you are ever in Chinatown, you have to make a stop at this place. They have so many popsicle options and toppings to choose from. Súper Kute!!!! Súper Adorbs!!! Staff is A+++! We went for our mom's birthday and they didn't even know and we felt like celebrities!!!! The decor was AMAZING! Oh my deliciousness!! I stumbled on this dessert bar truly by accident. I Yelp dessert Bars and since I celebrated Happy Lemon Bellaire I choose Popfancy Dessert Bar which was located in the area. I so much loved the vibe that the bar gave off, it felt like 1960's ice cream parlor (Andy Griffith era) flipped to 2022 style setting. Eeeeeeverything on the menu satisfied my palate for ice cream flavors! I truly got a since of kid in me again. They had ingredients like chocolate cereal and the drizzle they offer is really flavored little pellets if that makes since. And when you pop them in your mouth it's a burst of flavor mines was caramel that exploded in my mouth as it coated the spoon of ice cream that went with it. Oooh soo yummy. It was so yummy I went back and got the same thing a few days later because I oh so craved it again. Who came up with the menu choices?? Very creative! With their vast selection and endless possible combinations, it was difficult for me to decide on what to get. Hello Houston! We finally have a cereal ice cream shop! So, I had my first cereal-infused/blended ice cream back in New York at Milk and Cream in Chinatown and was thinking that Houston definitely needed one ASAP. For those of yall who don't know about it, basically you get to pick your cereal of choice and then the cereal and the ice cream are blended together using this very special looking cereal and ice cream blending machine and then it's pumped back out like it's soft serve. It's absolutely delicious and if you end up not liking it that's most likely because you picked the wrong cereal and so the blame is on you. This place takes it a million steps further by also letting you add a plethora of toppings to your ice cream. They have [I think] 5-6 drizzles ranging from taro to matcha to chocolate and a bunch of other additional toppings to choose from (I got rose petals and strawberries). If you don't want it in a sundae box like this one (although I highly suggest you get it in one of these) they also have cones. I'm in love with the boxes because they're super ~aesthetic~ and underneath all that cereal-ice cream is actually another scoop of cereal, so if your ice cream melts you now have a delicious bowl of cereal. This place isn't called "cereal ice cream fancy" though, so the first part of this review might have confused you. They did actually start as a popsicle cart and they still have a huge selection of popsicles to choose from. You can also get your popsicles drizzled and topped with whatever *pops your fancy*. My favorite addition to the popsicle family, however, is actually their popsicle waffles. These two cute heart shaped waffles are actually made to order so they're deliciously soft and warm when you get it. Like everything else in their store, you can get them drizzled and topped, but I just opted for a taro and white chocolate drizzle on one and a milk and dark chocolate drizzle on the other. TBH I'll probably just go back for these waffles because they're so good. I know just saying they're waffles on a stick doesn't sound too appealing, but there's something in the batter that's really making them addicting. They also have some drinks at the place, though when I went the drink menu said "coming soon", so I'm not sure when they'll actually be offered. I did get to taste one as they were making some in the back for the employees to try out and it was delicious. Probably too much sugar for my taste (even though I just wrote about how I love blending cereal with ice cream and then eating left over cereal with melted ice cream). They look like they'll be really refreshing in the summer time, so maybe when it warms up I'll give it another go. The place itself is really cute. It's quite large too so you can actually sit there with friends and enjoy your ice cream there. The location is fantastic as Bellaire Food Street is really on the come up. There's always going to be a million places in Chinatown you can get dessert/ice cream at, but don't sleep on this place. All the ingredients are quality ingredients and the owner seems to really care about customer satisfaction. read more

10/10! Friendly service, and delicious ice cream! My sister and I came here for dessert after finishing up Korean BBQ. When looking at the menu, we were standing a bit far away. The cashier kindly called us up and handed us small portable menus to look at instead. She explained to us how the process worked, and we took a seat so that we could decide on what we wanted to order. You basically create your own popsicle from the wide variety of popsicles that they have. You circle what you want with a sharpie on the small menu, and for $1 extra, you can have it dipped, drizzled, and 1 free topping! You can create your own soft serve too, or you can choose one that's already assembled off of the menu. The store was extremely aesthetically pleasing, and it's a spot that I can see many Instagram pictures being taken at. They have 3 really cute neon lights, so you can take photos of your ice cream with a really nice backdrop behind it! I ordered the strawberry cheesecake with a full strawberry dip, taro drizzle, and crushed Oreo cookies on top. Ice Cream: The ice cream was probably one of the best popsicles I've ever had in my life! It was creamy, but still firm at the same time. The dip gave it a nice crunchy texture, and you can taste all of the components of the ice cream! From the strawberry cheesecake, to the taro drizzle, to the Oreo topping! It was truly a match made in heaven. The worst part about eating ice cream is when it melts everywhere, but these pops did not melt at all!. Service: On their smaller menus, matcha and taro were blurred out and listed as "coming soon". My sister had already placed her ice cream order, but then she noticed that matcha and taro were listed as available on their bigger menu. She asked the cashier if she could switch one of her options (you get 3 scoops of ice cream on the create your own soft serve) to matcha, and the cashier said that it was no problem! On top of that, she even offered to let my sister to try a sample of the matcha beforehand! My sister had said yes to the matcha, but the cashier didn't hear her because the POS system was having issues with Apple Pay. After watching her struggle with it for a bit, I said that I could just pay with a card instead. She asked if I was sure, to which I said yes because using Apple Pay wasn't a big deal. She apologized for the system being iffy, to which I appreciated it. My sister had already said yes to the sample of Matcha earlier, but the cashier didn't hear it the first time so she asked again after we completed the transaction. I thought that it was very kind of her to remember/double check, instead of just forgetting or walking away. She even asked if we wanted to sample the taro too! As we were finishing up, my sister decided to order a to-go popsicle for our older sister who ended up having to go to work after our lunch together. The cashier put the popsicle in a nice holographic isolated bag so that the ice cream didn't melt, and we didn't have to worry about dropping it! All in all, I will definitely miss this place when I go back to Seattle. I've had a lot of desserts while visiting Houston, and this one has been my favorite by far! Must realize this is for the one piece fun and a drink / snack and not for five star gourmet food. The peach drink which I liked is simply a peach flavored juice.
