The breakfast tacos don't come in pairs, there's no requirement that they be the same meat. That felt personal and undeserved. The bread was perfect, flaky and the perfect crisp (not hard). Both sandwiches were flavorful. We took out some of the jalapeños since it can get a bit spicy for our liking (we are the problem). The cashier was sweet and very grateful that their place is getting more recognition in the community. They have their own parking lot and it seems to be the local spot for many. The best part was the price. We walked away with two sandwiches, sesame bun and a coffee for $16. You cannot beat that. We will definitely be back and send others their way!

This is deep soul food, with some ingredients that look familiar -- black beans, collard greens -- yet taste different from the more common US preparations. Try the feijoada or the veggie plate or, for something very different, the moqueca. The flavors are all interesting but quite mild, although there is hot sauce available on request. It's part of a pod with other interesting-looking carts, including other South American cuisines, and a terrific beverage cart.
