This is the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had- and yes, I've had a bunch! A Bialy is a bagel that has not been boiled. I had the truffle potato with egg and bacon and it was a flavor bomb! Service was fast and friendly and my oat latte was delicious-we heard about the secret cinnamon rolls and had to try (you have to ask) it was pillowy soft with a crunchy bottom and orange cream icing perfection!! Ambiance is cafe chill modern.

Bacon, egg and cheese on olive oil zataar bialy & pastrami on truffle potato bialy. So yummy!

So yummy!! I highly recommend this spot! We stopped in at 9 am on a Sunday and we didn't have to wait. Very cute inside!

I stumbled across this place while I was on a walk in SE, killing time before a workout class. It was busy and looked cute so I decided to give it a try. I like to think I'm a harsh critic of matcha but this place has made it into my top three favs for matcha. I order with no sweetener so I know what the matcha actually tastes like and was so beyond happy with how good their matcha was!! Will 100% be back.

Waited in a long line and a long while post-ordering for this food and truly it was so so worth it! This has probably rocketed up to the top of my favorite "bagel"/ brunch places in Portland. The flavors are very unique and came together beautifully. I loved the okonomiyaki bialy and the array of cream cheese flavors. We ordered the honey & apricot spread and it went wonderfully with a more savory bialy. Truly excited to come back to try other flavors even though the wait for the food was pretty long.

The hyped pop-up is back with its brick and mortar store! The inside is super cute. A few small tables and some counter spaces but they are very well curated and decorated. We dropped by late afternoon and, sadly, most of their flavor options were gone. A bit disappointing but understandable since they're still getting the hang of things. We ended up just trying their Okonomiyaki Bialy as the Pastrami Sandwich. Despite the unique combo, the flavors worked out super well! You can tell that they use very high quality ingredients. The bialy was well-toasted, eggs were fluffy, and the wagyu pastrami wa suuper tender. We enjoyed it! Definitely a spendy spot for what it is: $15 - $18 per sandwich. A nice occasional treat when you're craving some unique creations!

Everything appears simple, but things are way more complex then it might appear to be. The bialys are soft inside, chewy crust, and insane flavors! I grabbed a box with some cream cheese and enjoyed trying them all! Their chocolate chip cookie was also incredible, one of the best I've had. The kicker was the hojicha latte, very high quality and not overly sweet. I can't wait to go back, I'd recommend everything I had! Service was also prompt and professional, and the cafe was very clean and comfortable. Pro tip: use the InKind app here for extra savings!

Bialy Bird now has its own brick and mortar spot on Morrison. This former pop up is serving up some unique and delicious bialys (the bagel's cousin). To get here, there is a lot of street parking directly outside the shop and the around the area. Inside, they have a cozy setup with about 6-7 tables for seating. Wifey and I ended up getting a Hojicha Latte and the Okonomiyaki Pastrami & Egg Bialy. All of the staff here are chill and welcoming and we enjoyed every bite. Bialy or bagel? You be the judge!

The space is a little small so that the line can go through the door. We got there around 10:30. It took us a bit to get through the line to order, but we made it in time. The space was colorful and minimalist. We shared the strawberry matcha, classic onion + poppy with plain schmear, and the shaved potatoes + truffle oil with plain schmear. We wanted to try the special schmear, which was green onion, but unfortunately, they had run out. We loved it, it was packed with flavor, savory, and the plain schmear was balanced with it. The strawberry matcha wasn't good and didn't taste like strawberry at all. Wouldn't get the matcha again but would go back for the bialys.

Cute modern space for drinks and bialys. Love the creative flavor combos. The okonomiyaki bialy was very flavorful (not overwhelming) and great with just plain cream cheese. Husband loved his HEC on zaatar bialy. Busy on the weekends with a steady line but service still moved along. Now I'll be torn between waiting in line here or at Tabor Bread for my weekend bread pilgrimages.

Wow this was delicious. We got there at 12:30 pm on a Sunday and they only had one kind of Bialy left. So I ordered it lol, the apricot with feta and then made it a breakfast sandwich with lox. Interesting combo, but man did it work. I will be back .

Amazing AMAZING creative bagels. Each delicious in their own way. Service was fantastic, we were walked through the bagel flavors of the day. You can choose any bagel and make it into any of the sandwich options on the menu. I had the truffle potato bagel as a breakfast sandwich. 10/10 ! There is comfortable indoor seating and some nice seating outside. Great ambiance.

I'm impressed. It's tough finding a solid bagel in Portland. The flavors of this bagel were so unique and the pastrami was delicious. I just wish there was more of it on the bagel. I wish I had tried another bagel on the menu but opted for the pinwheel. It was just okay. I wish they had heated it up, it was kind of dry. I need to come back and try some of the other bagels. Excited for them to expand!

Stopped by this little spot for a breakfast bagel it was pretty good, just a tad messy and the bread was a little tough but it had flavor!

Asking for a friend thanks Also this is for the management and owners. I had nothing but excellent service and the nicest people working there. You should pay them more and/or have a protocol of cutting bagels in half. It's literally ridiculous to spend over 10$ on a decent at best bagel with cream cheese and shitty coffee. If you order a sandwich it's cut in half usually yes? What if you ordered a pizza just one pie no slices. I just don't get it thanks for listening and never changing. It's kind of an important part of getting a bagel ‍
