I needed a bathroom faucet to be replaced as it was leaking. I had already purchased a new faucet and while he replaced it, the drain did not fit properly. He offered to leave the old one in. So I paid $150 for a new faucet with a mismatched drain. The fact that the drain did not fit was totally not his fault. But I was surprised how little he cared that I was paying $150 and left with an incomplete, mismatched sink. He also didn't offer to come back-- and I believe most business owners who truly take pride in their work would have done so, offered to come back for at least a reduced rate - or at the very very least expressed some form of empathy about the fact that it didn't fit and was now mismatched. He did none of the above. When I called back to see if he could install a matching drain I had found he was going to charge me another $150 to come out! When I fussed and said, "Really?!" he finally he said he would come and pay "Whatever I felt was fair" - so I offered to pay $50. When he arrived, he put the drain in. But right before leaving, I checked his work and it wasn't draining the water properly and it was now also making a gurgling noise in the pipes. If I hadn't caught it or said anything he most definitely would have left without saying a word about that -- and I can't imagine he didn't notice. I asked him why he thought it was now doing that with the new drain and he just stared at me and shrugged. I followed up and asked what he thought I should do, or what he would do if he was in my position and he just didn't seem to have an answer. His only response was that he could put the old mismatched drain back in. Even though this new drain looked better and matched the faucet, since it was causing a backup in the basin and gurgling in the pipes I finally decided to put the old one back in. Once again, he offered no sense of empathy, seemed completely unfazed, and promptly collected his $50 to leave the sink the way it had been when he arrived. So, 2 appointments and $200 later here I am left with a sink that no longer leaks but a drain and faucet that do not match. End of the world? No. But aesthetically, I would hope to be 100% satisfied. Again, the fact that the parts didn't fit/operate correctly was not at all his fault. But his lackadaisical attitude, unwillingness to help problem solve, and overall lack of care left me feeling yucky and unsatisfied. I most definitely won't use him again and I would not recommend him.

He explained the process every step of the way, was transparent about costs, and they were even able to assist us with some water damage issues to prevent any further mold/damage. We are so happy we have hot water, and Craig the owner was super professional and friendly throughout the process. It's nice to finally have a plumber we can trust.

If you see my two attached photos here you can clearly see it's the same person avoiding problems on yelp. By changing their names. For the public's knowledge, if you see the entity change from plumbing response team, or plumbing response Pro , or Plumbing response Wiz or plumbing squad or plumbing pros this is all one owner under he name listed in my original review. I was actually private messaged by other reviewers showing me threatening messages and saying they gave wrong information. I am here to show proof if needed of all his entities and llc name changes. It seems like he is trying to threaten others in private messages. Craig Heaps is the owners of this company and likes to increase his "scope of work". He offered to exchange out some old ball valves on my main water line and update the system with a prv in exchange for some yelp reviews to help his business. I can see why now. However upon arrival he instantly wanted to open an insurance claim up and then told me he would generate invoices so I would get money back in my pocket while his work would be free too. Well ya money back in my pocket that sounded great! I listened and was like whoa you can do that legally then yeah sign me up for some money right? Wrong, people who don't understand insurance they increase damage on paper and in this case to your house without permission and behind your back insurance I guess cuts the contractor a check. So that contractor might get like 20 grand for a two grand job. Craig went on to mention I'll just create some invoices for you and submit them to your insurance, you will get a check and I'll get paid out to meaning both of us customer and him. Let's fast forward We'll skip ahead a million, I found out that's fraud and after dealing with this plumber and the setup he gave me the illegal setup of a garden hose, when my system was working perfectly fine before he touched it. I simply just wanted updated ball valves and in this case free in exchange for a review, well now I have a compromised main copper line and a garden hose connecting the two together. So now I have contact my insurance and let them know I was mislead and mis understood how the insurance side worked and wanted to close that claim after finding out shady practice was being done. Also in Arizona it is illegal to be a non ROC plumber working on main systems. As well as any 1,000$ work orders or higher. Craig had said e rights multiple invoices for under 1 grand to stay in compliance for that though. I would like yelp to ban this guy from ever listing on help again as this person will be getting prosecuted from my side of things. Police attorney general and my own attorney will have this guy hopefully locked up so the rest of you do not have to worry. In the mean time yelp, please reach out to me as this violates many of your guidelines.

We got up this morning having no idea how this all happened. Eventually, Frank Durazo from Cure All Plumbing arrived at our place. He analyzed the situation quickly and gave us the good news that a pipe had not burst but a hose behind the washer had split. Frank fixed the problem within minutes and was on his way. I've never had a better experience with a plumber than I had with Frank and Cure All Plumbing. I cannot recommend them enough if you need plumbing services. Thanks, Frank!!

I'm very upset. The main job was to re-grout & seal grout lines in our upstairs shower that had…read morestarted leaking. He also was here to fix a faucet handle in the downstairs bathroom and look at a shower temp control upstairs (same place the grout was being redone). He showed up on time, and I left him to his work. The downstairs handle was loosened up (it was getting hard to turn). The grout... he said he was all done pretty quickly. The lines did appear to have been siliconed, and he'd used a power tool to clean them out. Fine. It was a messy job, but he said the silicone he'd gotten on the tiles would come right off. Not really. It took a razor blade, but fine. The price for the grout and the downstairs handle was $350. He was here less than an hour. Now, the temp control. I told him I thought it's just a cartridge that gets replaced to fix the leak. He said no, he had to get into the wall, cut pipes, etc. He might be able to come in from behind and not tear up our tiles, but I should get needed parts, and he'd charge $1,100 for labor. Plus, he'd be tearing up a wall (and maybe shelves, depending upon exactly where he was going to cut the wall), and I'd have to get all of that repaired. Fortunately, my spouse is smarter about this stuff than I am and didn't like the sound of any of this. So we looked around for a licensed plumber. It's not easy to find a good one, but fortunately we did. The plumber came in, checked it out, and told us to get a replacement cartridge for the temperature control. He said, no, of course he didn't need to tear up the wall--why would anyone do that? You just take the cartridge out and put in a new one, just as I thought. The plumber cost $175, and the job was done. A licensed plumber... just $175 versus the $1,100 and torn up walls I was quoted. Then the plumber commented on the grout. "Did you do this?" I said no, we hired someone. "You PAID for that?" He wasn't saying that just because it was a sloppy job, which had bothered me. He said, "there's a bunch of mold that wasn't taken out. I can see it sticking out all over the edges of that silicone. You have to pull all of that out and redo it." So that's what we've been doing today. We went to buy a grout removal tool, mold treatment, and the rest of what we needed. What should have been done! So we're re-doing the job we paid twice the plumber's bill to have done. And as we remove silicone, we can see that all of the grout hasn't even been replaced. It looks like he used his power tool, took out some grout and them siliconed over the whole thing. Not quality work at all. I'll attach some photos of this work we paid for. UPDATE: I see that he has left a comment, not apologizing and instead denying what he did. There's no mistake here. This is the right business, the work was poorly done, and he was trying to hit me for unnecessary work at a steep price. Steer clear.
