Definitely 4.5 Stars! A locally owned breakfast diner located Branson. 4 Stars: It is a smaller diner compare to other breakfast places with 4 bar stools and about 10 tables. Depending on the time and day, you will have to pray for patience but the wait is worth it. We waited only 5 minutes but that is rare. By the time we were seated at 9 on a Sunday, about 30 more people were on the waitlist. Staff: 5 Stars All staff were friendly, professional, and respectfully sassy with a country flair. Our server made recommendations being our first time at the diner, and we selected the following: Food: 1. 3.75 Stars - Single pancake w 2 eggs (over easy) and 4 sausage links. You can request patties, ham or bacon instead. Now, the pancakes are about 12-14" In diameter. No joking. The eggs and links were the side items to the pancake. You can order more stacks but one was enough for me. The pancake was good but wasn't as fluffy enough for me. It had a decent crust and wasn't too sweet. That's what the butter and warm syrup is for. The eggs over easy were perfect and the four links has the right amount of pepper, powered sage and fennel in it. 2. 4 stars - Western Omelette w jalapeños and hash brown. The omelette is pretty large, stuffed with sausage, cheeses, veggies and jalapeños in it. The items were wrapped with a thin layer of eggs and it tasted wonderful. The crispy hash browns were a wonderful side accompaniment. Oh, I forgot the Biscuit (5 stars)!Freshly homemade with the right amount of crisco and butter to make them fluffy, light and crunchy. The top layer had a hint of salty butter and had a beautiful golden color. When you open the fluffy layers, the steam coming from the biscuit brought you back to Grandma's house. Get the butter, honey, jam or syrup ready! We ordered two more as to go. It was that good! I recommend to get there before 9 cuz they get busy and they close around 1, I believe. This place is a keeper when we are back in Branson!

    A single pancake??? Really???

Don't mistake quantity for quality. Yes, the servings are huge but almost ridiculous. The young man who served us was very helpful. Ambiance? If you like dusty hunting memorabilia, this is the one place for you. My biggest disappointment was that the restroom door is in the middle of the tiny room. It was disturbing to eat with an endless parade of people going in and out of the bathroom.

This location is small and they get a wait list going. They are good about getting your attention when your name is called. Just listen for the megaphone. There is parking in front and behind the restaurant. Once you get to your table, the service is great. Our waitress was friendly and provided good service. They were definitely busy but didn't rush. The portion size is a good size so you could split or there are some 1/2 size options. I liked the hashbrown and over easy eggs, the corned beef hash wasn't my favorite but I would come back and try other items. Everyone in my group of 6 liked their food.

Denver Omelet is so good? Food portion was huge. Me and my husband split it and we still had left over. Hashbrowns were good but a bit salty for my liking. The homemade bread is bomb.com!!! Get it! They use like a fajita onion mix so it has onions, red and green bell peppers. I like that they sautéed the mix first before adding to omelet. I would def come back. Very busy! But we called in the order and it was easy to pick up. Keep calling if you get the machine as eventually they will pick up.

This is a small place. The service is amazing and very friendly. The portions are generous and the prices reasonable. We got the omelet and it was stuffed full, it came with hashbrowns and a biscuit. My husband saw someone biscuits and gravy, he just had to ask for a side of gravy to go with his biscuit because it looked so good. The hashbrowns tasted very fresh, I'm not a hasbrown fan but these were exceptional. The gravy, biscuits, and bread are all homemade. Also got a grilled cheese with bacon. My mom said it was the best she'd ever had.

The thing about this place, is everyone here is the ABSOLUTE NICEST PEOPLE ON EARTH!!!! Our waitress Amy was so beyond adorable and kind, we loved her! We came here on my fiancé's birthday and they gave him a little candle in his omelette (so adorable). We were so happy we chose to come here simply by how happy and friendly everyone was. REMARKABLE service!!! The food - birthday boy loved his omelette and said the French toast was how he makes it which made him think this place was very homey and home cooked food vibes. He also really loved the coffee here! I got the Spanish omelette (pictured). I would not get it again because I simply was not a fan of the sausage that came inside, it was a little bland and bleak for my taste. The bread at this restaurant is homemade daily and really fluffy + delicious!

Chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, loaded hash browns, corned beef and potatoes!

Wow! This place has delicious food. We tried the chicken fried steak, corned beef hash and potato's, biscuits and gravy, and loaded hash browns. On top of the delicious food and large portions, the service was also top notch. Hands down the best breakfast place we've eaten at in Missouri.

Prepare to wait but food & service were both top notch! Generous portions! Very clean restaurant as well.

Location: quick drive from Main Street in Branson! Parking: The lot is not that big Exterior: Big sign indicating location Interior: Small quaint restaurant. Reminds me of a family owned location. Service: seated at bar fairly quickly but told the wait is normally 2 to 4 hours if you arrive late. Take a chance and don't be afraid of wait the place is worth it! Food: Exceptional good quality food. If you hungry this is the spot. You will leave with left overs if you're a lite eater like me. Pancakes: ginormous and good Coffee: take a cup to go.. it was perfect Staff: everyone was so nice and friendly. I loved watching the interactions with staff.. it's a well oiled machine and you can tell they take pride in their work. I'd come back again and again because the customer service was great!

Bacon, eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy!

There was a wait which I can now understand! We ordered breakfast to go since we had plans and it was out in under 10 minutes. Staff were very friendly and food fantastic!

Chicken Fried Steak, Philly Cheese Omelet and a single pancake! Yikes!!' All Great!

The poutine was fabulous. The fry coating was crisp and tasty and the gravy was full of flavor. The Reuben sandwich is outstanding! The way they cut that corned beef was nothing short of magic. An egg on there? What? I've never heard of such a thing, but yes please. And I had the brûlée corn; which I may need to learn how to replicate because I've never seen this on any menu in Chicago, but it's too far to travel as often as I'll be thinking about that dish! The old fashions were smooth! Went with vanilla and loved the subtle flavors. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was a delightful mix of old school pub/English castle. All of it was just what I was hoping to find. Food off the beaten path that deserves a huge shout out. In a town of bland flavors, this place shines like a real gem!

Sat in a comfy table with a padded pew close to the bar with our backs to the wall, which instantly put my hyper vigilant husband at ease (IYKUK). Chatted a bit with our kind server who was also a millennial, how do I know this? The eye contact and lovely snarky conversation. My husband ordered his med rare, which probably came out more med and not enough pink for his liking. Correction on my part, I got the mahi mahi with parmesan grits and green beans and I didn't even need to look at my pictures to recall, it was that memorable of a meal. Being early January a parking spot nearby was an easy find, I imagine though finding one come spring will feel like a miracle. I'd love to stay at the attached hotel but found it's already booked a year out. Doesn't surprise me, the old English charm with its stone and dark wood is straight up story book.

Stopped into Steamy Joe's Café on a Sunday morning fully prepared for a "put your name down and…read morerethink your life choices" kind of wait. Imagine our surprise when we were quoted 35-minute wait (down the road was 1.5 hours) and a family in front of us had left for their 4th breakfast spot! It turned into us being seated, ordered, and sipping drinks within that actual timeframe! Not sure if this Rare. Magical. Suspiciously efficient. What I did notice is this crew has service dialed in. It was like watching a well-rehearsed dance--servers working together, drinks magically staying full, plates appearing exactly when they should. Tables everywhere: outside, upstairs, downstairs, tucked into every possible nook it looks. If there is square footage, Steamy Joe's found a way to seat people on it. The menu covers breakfast, lunch, drinks, and pies that deserve their own fan club. We had a few special orders in our group (you know who you are), and they nailed every single one without hesitation. Yes, there was even a line just to put your name on the list --and honestly, worth it. Bonus points for the fabulous view out back, which makes the wait even easier to forgive. We will absolutely be back. Just maybe not at peak Sunday brunch time... because clearly everyone else already knows how good this place is.
