Very disappointing. Nice marketing but extremely bad follow up. After they left and everything dried I was left with a real mess. White powder on my floor everywhere. They got stuff on my furniture legs and speakers. I called and complained and they said they would come back. Never called or followed up. The sent a survey after the visit. I have used Pop's to clean my carpets and couches in the past. I have 3 large dogs and live in a rural area in Somis, so stuff around my house gets dirty, quickly. This is the first time I have used them since the birth of my daughter, however. Being a new mom, I wanted the cleanest possible and I knew Pop's could deliver. When Sean and Ozzy showed up, they were on time and ready to begin. I showed them the areas they would be cleaning on and they got right to work. I left with my daughter because I was nervous the noise would wake her (I'm super overprotective). When I got home, everything not only looked beautiful, but it smelled so clean! I was hopeful yet skeptical, and excellence prevailed! I was skeptical because the last 2 "deals" I bought were disasters. I was hopeful as I wanted our floors to look alive and clean. Simply put, I was thrilled with how my floors looked after the cleaning! I would highly recommend Pop's for tile and grout cleaning! They were professional and fast. I wish the before and after pictures could have shown up better to post them. We went from a fawn color grout to dark brown in 12 years, and now we are fawn colored again! I recently purchased and used a conejo deal certificate for a carpet cleaning. I was happy with the service, however, my neighbors have contacted me to report that they are using my name inappropriately to suggest that I referred their services to them. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, did I authorize the company to use my name as a way to drum up business with my neighbors. If I could them a negative star I would surely do that. I had Pops come out to look at cleaning my tile , brick, and travertine floors. The technician they sent out to look at the job was encouraging and reassuring that they could address all my floor needs. However, when the day day came to do the work it was a disaster. The company sent "temporary " technicians to do the job since the original technician was on vacation. Not only was most of the work not performed, the work they attempted to do left my floors in worse condition then when they began. And, to make matters worse, the owner of the company had an "oh well. That happens sometimes" response. If you want good work and.
