We used Steam Express to clean the carpets of our fairly large home. The service included the initial walk-through and quote, steam cleaning the carpets of a very large master bedroom, 3 other bedrooms, 3 living area carpets, 5 closets, 2 hallways, and 2 staircases. The total price was very fair at $800. The service was completed in just over 3 hours. Domingo was generous enough to come back the day after the cleaning to touch up two mysterious blue spots. It is not clear whether those spots were simply missed, came from his materials, or if they were our own fault, and he still came by to clean them! Also, our ailing dog had 5 separate accidents on the carpets that same morning and he cleaned those spots as well, without charge! Domingo certainly did not have to do so--it just demonstrates his and Steam Express' commitment to the quality of their service and to their customers' satisfaction. Domingo's service was very professional and effective. He seemed like an honest, pleasant, and kind person and we would be happy to use his services again as well as recommend and refer him to any of our friends and family in need of steam cleaning services (they also do window cleaning and floor polishes, among other things). read more

First things first, Domingo and crew are professional, respectful and thorough. I was completely blown away at my good fortune in finding a service that provides 100% satisfaction without hidden fees or surprises. The only surprise is how clean my carpets turned out and how quickly it was done! They arrived promptly on the same day I booked them, the 3rd of July! Had out if state guests arriving, and needed it done yesterday. He used a special enzyme that cost extra, and threw it in. He cleaned an area rug, and threw in a second for free. I raised two Sons, three hounds and two cats on these rugs. They looked like someone rebuilt a Volkswagen on them. They now look freshly installed! If I could I would give this company ZERO stars. Here's the situation. I just moved into my new place after being on the road for over a year. I had my things in storage and when they were delivered I saw some things needed a good deep clean. At the same time we had a huge rain storm and my window to my car was left open. Perfect time to call a steam cleaner right? Perfect time to call the best company with the best reviews right? Well, I called the company and spoke with Domingo Michel, I told him about my car situation and my headboard that needed a steam clean. He let me know that for two rooms and a hallway the price is $125 and he felt that my items were comparable to that. I didn't agree and asked him to add two med sized rugs to the mix. We agreed and the appointment was set. The day of the appointment, Domingo called and told me his machine was broken. He had a guy on it and was headed down to get the part, he also had a back up order for the next day in case the part was not at the warehouse he sent his guy to. I told him that I had planned on them coming that day, re arranged my schedule to be there. So if they got the part and we're still able to make it- great. He called a few hours later saying the next day would be better. No worries right? I'll just reschedule my day-again- to be here. So now we get to today. Domingo shows up with a helper, hands me a card and is very nice. Now here's where things just don't add up. I show him the items that need to be cleaned that we have agreed upon. He lets me know that some items may not come out 100%, which I was fine with but then continues on and starts to change our agreement. Now he can't do my car seats only the bed and the rugs and the car floors. What? When did this change? I told him this was confusing because he was now changing our agreement. I told him in detail about my items on the phone and the fact that he would waste my time was just lame. They were then fired. Machine is unreliable and so is the quotes. The guys are nice but dishonest and a waste of time. read more

Amazing service. We recently rented a house and needed the kitchen grout and carpets cleaned ASAP. We were able to get appointment on the same day as our initial call! Quote over the phone was fair ended up being the actual cost! Carpets were treated for pet stains; all the bad odors went away and all the stains came out.
