They served us cold food, bc it was getting ready to close (?) at 8p. If it was good hot I will never know bc it was absolutely overcooked meat and veggies, that had been sitting for awhile. I normally only write in for positive reviews but the high price and lack of service should be noted. This was a weeknight in late April so maybe it was just a bad day? I frequently travel to the area and was really excited to have this in my rotation for eating in town bc I am quite particular about my food. The stars are for what they are attempting to offer, as my nieces (who are young) spend their money here still and seem to like it. I'm glad I was able to find this food truck from the directions in the Yelp! app, that used Open Maps. Waze had no directions on this food truck either! I tried their Philly Cheese Steak, with Cheddar Cheese, and it was delicious! A Jersey Pickle was in the box and it had the perfect finish and taste to complement my sandwich. Maybe I should have done a double patty for the burger, since it is a smashed patty and a little too thin for my liking. I felt like I was eating a dry burger bun with mostly lettuce, an occasional pickle and the Mack sauce. I probably will not order the garlic aioli again, it had a sweeter and nutty flavor to it, and I prefer more of a savory aioli. I used to order their Blackened salmon with a side of greens and Spanish rice in their BBQ Ranch flavor style, from their old menu. I do miss that meal, it was so flavorful with the crispy onions to top everything off. But I understand that they made the change to better suit the business and cut back on waste. I probably would not order the big Mack burger again. But I will definitely be back to try something else from the new menu. I've been a customer for over 6 years, and have introduced some of my family members and friends to this restaurant, and we've enjoyed our meals here for that time. I love that there are many vegan and vegetarian options here. Although I am neither, it's a great place for those who have dietary restrictions/preferences. Regarding my bowl, I opted for blackened chicken, quinoa, spring mix, bacon, chickpeas, corn, edamame, and a house Greek dressing. This was nicely put together. The chicken was seasoned and cooked ideally while the Greek dressing really brought everything together. I really enjoyed the bacon pieces as well.
