Great place for some fun mini golf in the Westgate area. The staff was very friendly, everything was very clean and well organized. If you're looking for an experience similar to Toogolf or Andrettis, this is great. It's $30 p/p but is unlimited. The drinks are a bit pricey but them bringing out to the green for you is nice and convenient. The greens could use some variety in terms of gameplay. They're almost all the same, are almost all par 2s, and there's no decorations whatsoever. Overall a good experience. Just plan to spend $100 or so for a few hours of fun. And plan to play 18 holes of very similar putting greens.

This was such a cool spot to go to!! If you are ever in Arizona and want to get some mini-golfing in, you HAVE to come to this place. They have two courses there (one that's a little easier and one that's more difficult I believe). They also have a bar and food to eat, along with an area to just sit and hang out, play some games (ping pong, corn hole, and foosball). It's such a cool place for any age group!! Also, they have some water stations throughout which was AMAZING because it gets pretty hot in AZ. Each of the staff there was really really nice and it definitely has all the vibes for a night out (with friends, family, or even a date)!!

Place was so much fun!!! Drinks were made well and the servers took good care of us. Got the pot stickers which were excellent. Will absolutely come back and recommend to anyone. Well worth the money!!!

Great atmosphere and food. The Reuben eggrolls were sensational with a good crunch and zesty sauce. The large Parmesan truffle fries are a good share size and well flavored. The Dory Shirley was a great drink with some raspberry, strawberries, Sprite and strawberry ice cream inside with a couple cherries on top. Overall good experience

Great course to have fun and improve your putting skills. Played 3 times. Wanted to have lunch BUT they have no menus ! Have to have your phone , scan a code and order and pay on phone. THIS IS NOT 2020 AND COVID IS OVER. This is not a friendly way to do business. We left and went across the street to eat and drink and spent about $140 for four of us. YOUR LOSS TO DO BUSINESS, WITH NO MENU. So no phone, no food. And who wants to carry a phone while playing mini golf ?

Absolutely loved it here! A day pass was $25 which I found to be quite reasonably priced considering it lasts all day (you can come and go). Happy hour is also an amazing time to go! During happy hour there is half priced drinks making most of the only $6-$7 which is amazing! The drinks are also decent pours, and the servers will deliver the drinks to you on the course which is so convenient! It was a great family friendly environment but also fun for all ages! I would definitely recommend checking this place out! My only ask is that I would love to add some fun obstacles!

In fact, one of the first signs that you'll come across is a quote by Tiger Woods. "Some of my happiest memories are of spending time with my Pops on the golf course having putting contests." Awww! I came with my fam and for the adults it's $30 a person and for kids it's $20 for all day putting. It includes your golf club rental and a ball. You can also have the option of opting out of the cost if you just want to watch and in my case, I was just going help my kiddo and observe. We wanted to have lunch first and the food is actually pretty good! I actually got the burger in a wrap which made it feel healthier yet still savory & delicious! There is also a shaded playground, foosball and ping pong tables. There are 2 mini golf courses to choose from, black (easier and flatter) and red (harder and hillier with obstacles). It's designed like a classic putting course without the cutest obstacles. So for younger kids, they may not find it as engaging unless they are really into putting. You can also order drinks and food while on the course and it'll be delivered right to you. Overall, it was a fun experience!

So there we were, headed to Castles N' Coasters a wholesome amusement park in the desert... a place…read morefor families, laughter, and apparently, poor decision-making. Now my buddy this man reaches into his pocket and pulls out what I can only describe as a historical artifact. I'm talking a doobie so big it looked like Bob Marley himself rolled it during a greatest hits tour. I said, "Absolutely not. I am a grown man. I got responsibilities. I got a mortgage. I got snacks at home I haven't even finished yet." That didn't matter. Next thing I know, windows are up, car turns into a Dutch oven of bad decisions, and now I'm just along for the ride literally and spiritually. Somewhere between "this is a bad idea" and "why is everything funny," I lost control of the evening. We pull into the park around that magical time you know, that in-between hour... not quite day, not quite night... like God dimmed the lights and said, "Alright boys, let's see what happens." The whole place is glowing neon lights, arcade buzz, roller coasters rattling in the distance. Felt like walking into a carnival dream... or maybe a fever dream. Jury's still out. Now here's the thing about this place it's been around since the late '70s, sitting right there in Phoenix like a desert time capsule of fun. You got four roller coasters, including the Desert Storm, which sounds fun until you're on it reconsidering every life choice that led you there. Then there's the Patriot wooden, loud, and about as gentle as a bar fight. And somehow... SOMEHOW... we thought tequila beforehand was a good idea. So now we're buzzed, slightly baked against our will, and wandering this park like three philosophers who lost their notes. We're laughing at everything. Nothing's funny but everything's hilarious. A trash can? Comedy gold. A churro? Best thing I've ever eaten in my life. A child running past me? I'm emotionally invested in his journey. But I'll give credit where it's due the park itself? Clean. Staff's friendly. Nobody's judging three grown men giggling like idiots. It's got that old-school charm too arcades, mini golf, rides, the whole deal. You can bring a family here... or whatever version of a situation we were. Now the rides... oh, the rides. Let me tell you something nothing will make you rediscover fear like being slightly out of your mind on a roller coaster you thought you could handle. I got scared... not once... not twice... but a few times. The kind of scared where you start making promises to God you don't intend to keep. "I'll be a better man if I survive this drop..." Didn't mean a word of it. By the end of the night, we had the munchies, the laughs, and just enough dignity left to get back to the car without needing a group meeting. For a couple hours, though? We were kids again. No responsibilities. No stress. Just lights, noise, and pure, ridiculous fun. So yeah Castles N' Coasters might be a family amusement park... but under the right or completely wrong circumstances, it turns into one hell of a story. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Just... maybe crack a window on the way there.

Normally, a server greets you shortly after you arrive and goes over safety, but we waited about 10 minutes before he even came by. When he did, he skipped any introduction and just asked what we wanted to order. I've had the Play More Membership for about 5 months and ordered waters and an appetizer, the chicken buffalo dip. The food actually came out quickly, in under 15 minutes, which was great, but our server then confronted the food runner in front of us, questioning whether the order was even ours because it came out so quickly. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since the runner confirmed it was correct. From there, the service continued to decline. I had to repeatedly remind him to bring waters, plates, and napkins. He eventually brought four plates but only two napkins for a group of four, and even after asking multiple times, the waters didn't arrive until we only had about 15 minutes left of gameplay, after asking four times. By that point, we were already 30 to 40 minutes into our session. With about 12 minutes left on the hour, he came to charge us using the handheld device. After we paid, we chose not to tip because the service was clearly not up to the usual standard we expect at Topgolf. He immediately turned the screen, saw the $0 tip, and loudly said, "I'll make sure you guys never fucking come back here again." He said this aggressively and loud enough that the surrounding bays turned to look at us, which was extremely embarrassing and completely unacceptable conduct, especially given his tone and inappropriate language. He then left the bay area. Shortly after that, a manager came over and told us to leave, even though we still had about 10 minutes of gameplay remaining and unfinished food. The manager also refused to provide the server's name, despite it being clearly visible on his name tag. The manager told us, "My server said that he was disrespected by you guys, so I'm going to have to ask you guys to leave." Even after explaining the situation, he still did not try to accommodate us. To be clear, the gameplay and the food were great as usual, but the service and how this situation was handled completely ruined the experience. As a loyal Play More member who has been coming to this location for years, I'm extremely disappointed. Being verbally disrespected and then asked to leave without any refund or compensation for unused time and unfinished food is unacceptable. Especially after we waited an hour and a half to get a bay. Which we happily waited due to previous amazing customer service from other servers. I hope management takes this seriously, because this is not the level of service I've come to expect from Topgolf. De' Laurence needs more than just a conversation with management--this was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. His demeanor and behavior are not appropriate for a customer service role.

The last time I played putt-putt was probably when I was a kid, but once we got started, I was hooked. It was so much fun! I also loved that it's indoors and nicely air-conditioned, which is a huge plus in Arizona. The venue itself is really cool, with a great bar area downstairs and another bar upstairs. And I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Nick, the bartender upstairs. He was genuinely one of the best bartenders I can remember having in years. He was incredibly personable, friendly, and fun. I'm pretty introverted, but somehow Nick had me talking, laughing, and excited to try cocktails I normally wouldn't order. He was basically the life of our entire group, and everyone absolutely loved him. I'm still wondering why they stuck him upstairs because he was such a huge part of what made our experience so great! Overall, Puttshack is such a fun venue for an event or party, and I'll definitely be bringing my family here the next time they're in town. Our golf was scheduled for 6p so we arrived a little early and decided to grab a drink at the bar. I saw the cucumber fizz on the cocktail menu and thought it looked delicious, but I don't drink gin. I asked the bartender if he could make it with vodka instead. He told me he couldn't substitute the gin because they have to inventory their alcohol. Strange - but OK. I asked if they are a full bar and he said yes. I then asked if he could make me a vodka soda with simple syrup, cucumber, and mint. His response was that he couldn't make it because there was no way for him to charge me for the extra ingredients. This is where I was honestly baffled. I wasn't asking for anything complicated or unreasonable. I'm not sure if the bartender was complying with policy or just didn't want to make a custom drink, but it's a full bar. The bartender could have offered an alternative but instead I was told it couldn't be done. The interaction was really disappointing. The mini golf itself was OK, the sensors didn't track 3 of our putts. We were told to report to one course to start but then got asked to start at another course. We were given balls with no explanation of how their sensor system works, so our first hole was a mess. We later saw other people checking in and getting the full run down on all the rules and nuances so we definitely missed out on the welcome factor. This was supposed to be a child-free date night, and being unable to enjoy a cocktail we actually wanted really put a damper on the experience. Could we have ordered something else? Totally. But the interaction with the bartender just made us not want to order anything. I would hope a full-service bar to could have some flexibility and, frankly, a little creativity. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

Didn't have actual food, but since the service was slightly slow, the lady gave us all these drinks for free which was super generous and fantastic! In the arcade there are multiple tables WITH CHAIRS where parents can actually sit down whilst their children play their hearts out.
