This mini-golf course is far different from others I've played through childhood. Popstroke offers two 18-hole courses designed to look as if you're out on true greens. There are hazards and slopes included in some of the designs which makes it more challenging and fun. This is definitely a family establishment! Although they serve alcohol there's some cool non-alcoholic beverages and some delicious shakes on their menu. The food was pretty good too. They don't offer paper menus (which I wasn't a fan of). To order food you need to download the popstroke app and then scan the QRcode at the table to order food. You pay immediately upon ordering. It's cool because you can walk in and pay to play and then sit in the restaurant and eat before hitting the courses. There were some intense games of table tennis going on and it's clear everyone was truly having a great time enjoying all Popstroke had to offer. Sure it's fun, but it is NOT worth it. $30 for day pass for all the golf you want but they don't put capacity on the number of people so you can't play, even if you wanted to. The turf is in awful condition already! I get it's going to be over used but it's also the only place to walk. It's not safe, combine a bunch of drunk people, slick surface, a bunch of hills and no where to walk. I saw people falling, left and right. The pop stroke mats at every hole, already ripping apart. It's not a good concept. The worst part there's maybe 4 restrooms stalls in the whole place! You wait and wait in lines to pee this is a struggle for a pregnant person! There's no restrooms in the golf course area. You have to leave your hole, run to the bar/restaurant area, wait in line, run back and try and find your group. It's a mess! JUST DONT DO IT! The kids had fun and the service was great but I would absolutely not plan a party there - we were not provided with the food promised and had to purchase more which was extremely expensive. We went here last weekend for a birthday party. A little over 20 people joined and I'm not sure the staff was prepared. I ordered a first round of drinks for my children and I and it was completely forgotten. Hard to flag down another server to reorder drinks now with our food. Food was decent. Nothing great except for the wings. Those were fantastic! It was strange how the put the food on the table. They literally just placed it in no order. We were all left shuffling passing food back and forth to the right person. We wanted to golf but it was too packed. And the entire property is much smaller then anyone thought it would be. I was really excited to come here since I love Tiger Woods and golf, but unfortunately this was an unorganized mess. I came on a Wednesday at 4pm and this place was absolutely packed. This would be fine, if they took reservations. They let anyone run around the course so there were many unattended children running around. They also did not regulate how big the groups were and the group in front of our three person group had 8 people. We waited at least 5-10 minutes between every hole due to the course being so backed up. It's fun they do drinks, however there are not enough places between holes to set your drink down to play. For $30, I would liked to have a more streamlined experience. read more

In general, I think this might be a good idea. However, the execution is terrible. No one really tells you what's going on. You just kind of have to ask other people. There's two courses but they're not marked harder and easier. Getting drinks on the course is a disaster. If you decide to order them at the first hole, which I did, there is an issue with the system and they don't get the ticket. I didn't get them and had to go up to the drink center on the course show them my ticket and get them there. Their app is a mess and needs to be fixed, the employees walking around the course need to have information and try and engage with guests, and when you check in and pay your exorbitant $30 to play around of basically mini golf you need to be greeted and you need to have the whole process explained to you. read more

We were greeted right away. We already knew the cost but it was for all day or as long as you can withstand the sun. We used the app for on course delivery which was timely. We started with the Black Course, We stopped for a beer, several ping pong games and rest. We continued to the Red Course before rolling back to the "clubhouse" for lunch. I admit, I didn't expect much for a miniature golf course. The wings were fantabulous! The service was slower than comparable places but the three had plenty to catch up and talk about. Pop stroke has been on my radar for a while now, so when we visited the area I knew we had to go. There are two Tiger Woods designed courses, red and black. The red course was definitely more challenging than the black but both were really fun! For $30 you can get an all day pass to play. We played two rounds, left to grab lunch, and then came back to play another round. The nice thing about the all day pass is that you can come and go whenever you want throughout that day. The one downside of that, is that since there are no reservations it does get pretty busy and you will have to wait in lines. They do have a full service restaurant and bar available with a wide variety of options. They also have ping pong and cornhole available to play. Came on a July evening after 8pm. Although an excessive heat warning has been ongoing, with the fans and misters, we still had a great time. Between courses, it's really convenient to grab a table and order food/drinks thru the app and have it served directly to you. We decided to go on a weekday as soon as they opened...a little after 10am. The weather turned out to be quite nice today, low 80's with a lovely breeze. It wasn't very crowded, so we didn't have long waits like some other people have mentioned. We did have a small family ahead of us, but they were very nice, mindful of us being behind them and we weren't in a rush, so it turned out very relaxing. We got our golf balls (which you can keep) and picked out our putters. We did ask if there's an easier course, since we've never golfed and just wanted to try it out. There are 2 courses, Black and Red...we went with the Black course, since it's easier. Most of the 18 holes were either 2 or 3 par, which was just fine for us. Hubby and I ended up tying, but we decided that I won, since I actually got 2...that's right...2 HOLES IN ONE!!!!! We quite enjoyed ourselves! After golfing, we went for lunch. Again, it wasn't quite crowded yet, so we were seated immediately. I will say, by the time we left, the place was packed. We started with an order of Grilled Wings mixed BBQ and Honey Garlic sauces. They were a bit of a disappointment. The wings were alright, juicy and tender, but the sauces weren't very good. I got their PopStroke Burger with sauteed onions and gorgonzola added on. The burgers come with fries, which I upgraded to their garlic/parmesan fries. The burger wasn't bad, lotsa sauteed onions and gorgonzola on it. The fries were limp, but flavorful. Hubby ordered the Salmon Salad, but ended up getting the Strawberry Salad. He didn't realized it until he'd started eating and couldn't find any salmon. But, it turned out okay, because he really enjoyed it. In fact, I almost got one of their salads, too. He also ordered a side of Elote, which he didn't like. He said they were too cold and too much seasoning piled on. We did notice that another table ordered their Tacos...which looked full and delicious. Maybe, they're the way to go...next time. All in all, it was a fun day. We'll definitely try it out again, but only if it's not too crowded...weekday mornings seem to be the best time. read more

WOW! This place is a must! Super fun family outing. We went in on a warm Thursday in February. Anywhere you are seated is shaded and gorgeous. I absolutely love the golf vibes, and the staff all dressed looking like they are ready to hit the green, hahaha (their uniform). They don't have physical menus, infact you scan the QR code at the table, and it sends you to dl the app. In the app, you can purchase and set up your game playing- which will reflect on the leader board. You are either Tiger Black or Tiger Red. You can also place your food and drink order on the app. Of course, you still have a server who is more than happy to take your order if you prefer it that way. I ordered a michelada, it was $12, I wish it had just a little bit bigger of a hit of clamato- but that's just my preference, it was delicious nonetheless. For our food, we shared a Tex-Mex Queso Dip and a plate of Korean steak tacos. The Dip was goood!! I loved the tiny hint of cilantro. It brings all the flavors together. The tacos were impeccable!!! I mean WOW, the steak is cut just right w the perfect amt of fat in it, and don't skip the cabbage mix that comes with it, get this order as is! There is seriously no reason to change it! It came along with a side of beans and rice served in a small (but deep) bowl, some Tortilla chips, and salsa. The beans felt like they had a pinch too much of cumin. Cumin is one of those flavors you can't over do, imho. Before we left, my husband and I shared one scoop of blueberry cheesecake ice cream. The food was delicious, the vibe was great, the staff was even greater, and the putting green is a masterpiece. They even have a large covered playground for toddlers right next to table seating so you can watch your kids or go back and forth with them. Went in on a Monday evening in early March. Able to easily play both courses without too much lag, and our back to back groups of 4 tried to let others play through. Courses were fun, drink service was awesome, and we ate in between at the restaurant -- also great service and good food. Friends enjoyed ping pong & Foosball-- also good stuff. I would say cost is a lot. Too expensive for what you get. I know bringing down the price point would make it more accessible (busy) so I guess double-edged sword there. But it felt expensive. I got a burger that was very tasty and my wife loved the street tacos. They have a nice drink selection and fair prices. Good portion sizes too. You can choose from golf 2 courses and we selected the more challenging course. It was challenging but not as bad as I expected. It was a weekend and it was busy. Overall it was a great time. We enjoyed both the black and red course and found both fun. The staff was great and very friendly. It was nice they had a drink stand in the middle of the courses with complimentary water or you had the option to purchase drinks. My only complaint was the food.
