(This in response to the previously posted fabricated review by "Kay Gee" aka. Krystal Griffin) She purchased a Porsche Macan through me during my employment at Porsche Annapolis. Prior to traveling from Cleveland, Ohio, she agreed to all terms and conditions of the transaction. Upon her arrival, the vehicle was presented in excellent condition, parked with a red bow and prepared for delivery. After arriving, Ms. Griffin attempted to renegotiate the agreed-upon terms of the deal. Management declined to alter the terms, as they had already been finalized. Approximately one week after taking delivery of the vehicle, she submitted a negative official Porsche review. In that review, she alleged the presence of debris in one of the seats and stains in the rear of the vehicle. I can state with confidence that the vehicle was delivered to her in pristine condition. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, Porsche Annapolis arranged and paid for a full professional detailing exceeding $300 at a detailing facility of her choosing in Cleveland. Subsequently, Ms. Griffin was asked to provide standard post-sale documentation, including proof of insurance coverage. She refused to submit the requested documents and instead accused the dealership of failing to perform its duties properly. She also claimed that I did not review the vehicle features with her, despite the fact that we spent over one hour conducting a thorough vehicle walkthrough prior to her departure. After becoming aware of the review, I contacted Ms. Griffin and requested that she remove it, as it did not accurately reflect the transaction or delivery condition of the vehicle. At that point, she attempted to use the review as leverage to demand money from me personally. The statements made in her review and subsequent communications have unfairly damaged my professional reputation. If she had concerns regarding the vehicle, she had ample opportunity to address them at the time of delivery, rather than after driving six hours back to Ohio. Additionally, it is implausible that both the dealership and an independent professional detailing service would overlook the issues she described. I am attaching documentation of our communications to support the facts stated above. This situation has been unnecessarily escalated and has caused reputational harm without justification. Truth be told, I wish I never sold her the car. The deal, more specifically, the dealings with her were simply not worth it. read more

I had my car serviced a few weeks ago. I bought my car from them and have had my vehicle maintained and repaired by them since. I'm always impressed with their friendliness upon arrival and the cleanliness of their service bay. On this recent visit I was impressed by a service consultant (Robert Schiller) that helped me and my wife. Rob's professionalism and ease of conversation was just what we needed after driving from Southern Maryland to Annapolis. He had our loaner ready and I was impressed that he had the intuition to loan us a Taycan considering I was dropping my Taycan 4S for repair and some campaign updates. His rational was that EV owners would be more comfortable charging and caring for such vehicles. I had a dashcam inserted on this visit and was happy with it's installation. Rob kept me abreast of my vehicles progress through several text messages. Keeping their customers in the loop is a nice touch. Also happy that i get video by your service technician of the work completed on my vehicle. Shout out to service gold technician Andrew Coons for a job well done. Although we didn't purchase a Porsche at Porsche of Annapolis, my fiancée found our now, 2018 Audi A5 Cabriolet, on the internet in their inventory! We were fortunate enough to be connected with Bing Chen. Although 1700 miles away, in Colorado, he made purchasing our Audi from Porsche of Annapolis an OUTSTANDING experience! He sent more pictures and stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire process and even provided contact information for a transport company to ship our car to us in Colorado!! However, I didn't want to wait for the trucking company to transport my car so we hopped on a flight to drive the car back ourselves!! We were able to personally thank Bing and meet a couple other team members at Porsche of Annapolis! AWESOME TEAM!!! I recently leased my second Porsche Panamera and I must say my experience at the Annapolis location is by far my best car shopping experience EVER. From the time I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by Brett Smith and KT Nesbit and made to feel extremely welcome. This was a huge change from what I experienced years ago at this location when I was in the market for my first Porsche. I'm so glad I decided to give this location another chance after a friend told me it was under new management. The changes that have since been implemented undoubtely made for a pleasurable experience overall and is a true testament to strong and effective leadership, superb customer service and high quality standards! I continue to be impressed with the service department at Porsche of Annapolis. At my first visit, I was having a subtle performance issue with my Cayenne S that was simply blown off at the dealer where I bought my car. The service department at Porsche of Annapolis listened very attentively to my concerns and their top-notch technicians diagnosed and resolved the problem. This was an issue that I had attempted to have addressed a number of times at the other dealer. They are friendly, accommodating, and fair at Porsche of Annapolis. A couple of other dealers are geographically closer to me, but I know my Porsche is in good hands here, and I am also certain that this is where I will buy my next car. read more

We were in Annapolis for a few days visiting our grandkids, and I got a low oil message on my Macan Turbo. I just bought the car as a preowned a couple of weeks prior, so I thought I should have it checked. When I called, the service rep said to just bring it in and they will top it off. From the moment I arrived until I left, it was less than 10 minutes and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. It didn't matter that I wasn't a regular customer and from out of town.
