The day she came home with me I waited 6 months for delivery in massive anticipation Lol! One of the first pics i took of her :) 5/31/3019

If you don't know by now i am an Audi lover this is my third one Lol and won't be my last although i will most likely end up ordering a Porsche next still in the same family hehe ;)...My lease had come to well almost an end last payment was made and i had already decided to buy it out. I ordered and built my purple beast in beginning of January of 2019 I shall post a few pics from that day i cried when it was delivered to me in May of 2019 Lol... lease rates, manufacturing and chip issues weren't a thing lucky me Lol!! Also i got lucky my paint colour was approved it's an archived Porsche colour from the early 90's another form of luck for me! My Audi's have been so good to me aside from the massively fast brake wear that's my only complaint about them so far. That'll be an issue i'm continuing to have them deal with until it's resolved ;) But it doesn't make me love her any less... I dropped off my beast for safety inspection and smog in service i guess that's required by law i dealt with Matt Costello whom is the best service advisor there imo i've dealt with one other and definitely prefer Matt. He texted me when it was ready and i headed back to the dealership for finance etc... Inder at Porsche greeted me welcomed me back he is so very sweet and professional always. My sales consultant that handled my lease buyout was Miss Natasha God i adore her!!! I do prefer the Porsche side of the dealership i always have it just feels better Lol sorry i am painfully honest!! Which is why i prefer to do my buying on this side the customer service is magnificent. I was treated Phenomenally by Natasha I've known her for years :) She is also my sons consultant and he feels the same about her she is well trained and knowledgeable in VW, Porsche and Audi and one of the most beautiful souls i've met in sales!! Jesus took over when my finance papers were ready. He was amazing, thorough and so very kind. Totally makes the nerves disappear! It's so freakin cool how you sign documents now they have this huge screen on the desk where you sign digitally and everything is big!! Boom! For people like me that have crappy vision it's perfect Lol!! Not only that but when reading warranty items and your contract having it larger than life makes the process so easy! Also it's crazy how much equity yea actual equity you have in your car now! Idk if it's the same for other brands but Audi residuals have always been pretty damn great but it's crazy now! I know it's a bubble that will pop eventually Don't expect that "equity" to last I'm sure it's temporary but feels great nonetheless ;). I was so nervous about the rates because of what has happened recently with the increase etc..but they got me a great rate i wish of course it was 0.9% lower but i guess we have the feds to blame for that Lol. Seamless finance process exceptional customer service during the entire process. You better bet i gave Miss Natasha a big hug before i left Thank you guys for treating me so well!! And it's an absolute pleasure to own my Purple Beast Boom!! ;)

I cannot begin to describe the extent the local Porsche dealership will go to to avoid honoring their extended warranty. They are even FALSIFYING PHOTOS to negate my warranty claim!! The brakes on my new Porsche squeaked and squealed obnoxiously ever since I drove it off the lot (Scottsdale, AZ). It also needs a small, dentless paint repair that is clearly covered under the extended warranty we purchased. The Bakersfield dealership's responses to these requests have blown my mind. BRAKES The first time I took it in to the local Bakersfield dealership, they told me they heard nothing. So they supposedly dusted them off after keeping my car for over 2 weeks and sent me on my way. Before I even got on the freeway heading home, they were squealing just like before. A sound you could not ignore and so embarrassing. I returned with a series of videos recording the brake noises. They said they drove it for about 20 miles and said they never heard anything (in reality they had it for a week and drove it only once). I then get a call saying they did a brakes inspection. Great! So what did you do to solve the problem? Ma'am, the brakes didn't make any noice for us so we dusted them off. at this time I've been passed on from Jason #1 to Jason #2. This is completely unacceptable! They let it sit somewhere and collect dust never fixing the problem. Jason, who I'm assuming is the Service Manager, reiterated 4 times in this conversation that STRAIGHT FROM CORPORATE, the brakes are supposed to squeal on these high performance cars. Really?! I told them I'm not picking up my car until they fix the problem. Jason said we can change out the brake pads, but no guarantees it will fix the problem. Because, STRAIGHT FROM CORPORATE, these brakes are supposed to squeal. They reluctantly replaced the pads and noted on my receipt that it was a one time "courtesy". THE REAL KICKER - THE DENTLESS PAINT REPAIR So whats going on with this? JASON proceeds to tell me that they are still waiting to hear back from corporate. Hear what? I asked. It's covered under my extended warranty. Jason then said there is only one place in Bakersfield that is approved to inspect Porsches, The Auto Collision Group. But for some reason they had denied my repair. I was obviously confused, since this repair was clearly covered in the extended warranty we purchased. I was then accused of previously taking my bumper off because there was a broken clip on it. I reminded him that he had just stated my entire bumper was off at this repair shop, which tells me they must have broken the clip taking off my bumper to inspect it. He fired back, "I never said the bumper was off"( what the hell?) He's on speaker with my husband in the room and proceeds to accuse us of being in an accident in my car. Never in my 11 months of owning this car has it been dinged, let alone wrecked or in an accident. They went so far as to run a Carfax (which they later admitted came back all clean). When we picked up the vehicle we obtained the photos they had sent to corporate. They had sent photos of what looks to be the right side of my vehicle with the bumper partially off. The photos appear photoshopped or at least strategically taken at an angle to make it look dented. Small problem, my repair was on the left side, not the right. When we picked up the car the marks in the photos are not on my car at all, and we immediately took a video of the full bumper without a scratch other the original, dentless paint repair we had addressed. Needless to say, I have parked my car in front of this dealership and have driven it all over town since last week. It's not a matter of the actual coverage of the repair at this point, it's to get the word out that this is a horrible way to run a business and treat your customers for any type of business.

Satisfied so far! Thanks for bringing this beauty to us from San Diego!

Joel is great! (sales) Kudos also to Rob (sales manager) and Jesus (finance manager that made the usual yukky paperwork a breeze) We had been shopping around - even out of town for a new replacement lease. We had to return a vehicle from another dealership and we did not want to downgrade from our BMW SUV quality, comfort and reliability. My hubby is a real car guy so this transaction was very important to him. It has been almost a week since the new Cayenne delivery and we love it. They placed it on a truck from San Diego after a search for just the right color and it arrived in perfect condition. Also, it came in a short amount of time. We did not want the miles on it to have to go and get it nor to have someone drive it here. So, at their expense it was no problem for them! There was one desirable vehicle in LA but they were sticklers there and did not want to trade. 1st year of oil changes free. Mega deal on this SUV. Management came through with the right numbers for sure. As the family banker, lol, it had to be the right price. Hubby gets googly eyes in car lots and I have to sometimes reign him in! The owner of the local dealership even called during the process to make sure we were happy and that they were doing everything right. Hope our relationship with Porsche stays a 5. We are very satisfied!
