Gold Coast refused warranty service and threatened me with legal action (in writing) - pure retaliation for telling the truth. I formally demanded my service records from Service Manager Aaron. Complete silence. PCNA ordered them to release my records. Still nothing. They're withholding my own diagnostic records. Why? Because they're hiding something. And they think they're getting back at me for complaining about their horrific treatment of a customer. PCNA reviewed everything and called it "the twilight zone." Corporate confirmed Gold Coast's version doesn't match reality. But PCNA is powerless - they can't even compel a dealer to follow directives. Can't even tell one of their recalcitrant kids to be nice and behave. So what exactly is their function? An illusory position that can't oversee anything. How embarrassing for Corporate. Instead I got someone who didn't want to talk to me, who acted as if I should know exactly what I want from my 911, etc. When I asked to see a 911, he said he didn't have any and just walked away. Service Rd * Jericho, NY 11753 (formally Porsche Roslyn) for 2 weeks now, I have cash and am even willing to purchase as is. Finally the sales person contacted me also in text message and said they accepted my cash offer. Shortly after that I found that he lied to me and would not accept it. I reported this to the used car sales manager who did not believe me and thought I was the lie until I sent him the screen shot of the text messages from his sale person. Similar to the experience at Porsche Gold Coast described by other reviewers, I placed a deposit on the Porsche Taycan and then requested for the deposit to be returned as I was no longer interested in the vehicle. Numerous emails and phone calls to Sharika Fuchs (Brand Ambassador) and Eric Breitman (Sales Manager) have remained unreturned and these employees have been unresponsive and unhelpful. The way this dealership conducts its business in unethical and they put the entire brand and it's legacy in a shameful light. Was looking to buy or lease a Porsche Cayenne. Spoke with Mike Gao, one of the sales associates, and asked if he could send me the numbers going into the lease calculation. All the standard stuff a buyer would want to know - cap cost, residual and interest rate. He said they don't normally provide that information but that he could email some info to me. Never heard back from him, and followed up a week later. He gave me an attitude saying they don't provide that information and that no one asks for that. I've never had any dealer not provide this information. How are buyers supposed to make informed decisions. I went to this dealership to buy a 911 Turbo S, i made a deal with Sam A Gadkar who is a brand ambassador, i left the copy of my driver license and my credit card for a deposit, they assured me that its a done deal. I was told not to worry about the deposit i still insisted they take one. I got approved for the car and was waiting for the purchase order. While i was waiting they sold the car to someone else. The dealership is dishonest and shady, you are better off walking than buying a care here. Bank run my credit report and my credit score went down because of that, if i new there is no car i wouldn't let the bank to run my credit report. read more

I've been coming here for the past 5 years for my 911 services because they are closer to me than any other Porsche. This last two times I was there drew the line for me... I wanted to get a price on a new 911 and a trade value on mine... basically I was told the new 911 had no discounts and if I agree with that then they'll look at my trade... wth... so I left. Took my 911 back for service a few weeks later and the advisor told me I didn't have any prepaid services left... I showed them the service contracts which I paid $5,100 for a 6 years/85k ... he told me That I had to contact the Porsche dealer in NJ that I bought the car and service from... so I spoke to his manger and he also said that's not their problem basically because I didn't buy from them.... .. they don't care about you! $600 is a bit steep for a spare key, but we know the cost going in. I brought in a key that could not be programmed and then bought one from them that they could program. They were good enough to only charge me half price on the key they didn't program and thought I should be happy I didn't have to pay full price to not have that key programmed. I cannot believe how terrible the service department is at this dealership. I had an issue w water behind the passenger seat and the car has been with them for almost two weeks. I know everyone is having an issue w parts etc but I have never dealt w a service department that will literally go days without giving an update. I was told Friday the issue was fixed but they just needed to clean the carpet. It's now Tuesday with absolutely no call. Went to Porsche Gold Coast to inquire about purchasing a GT4. The front desk girl Tiffany was very sweet and promoted us to a sales person. We were given Wade, who when meeting us at the front didn't even bring us back to his desk, stood there and profiled us. Be prepared to show up dripping in diamonds to get this man's business. He had zero interest in ordering/selling us a car, and automatically tacked on 20K over sticker without even building the car. I was rear ended at a red light !!!! yesterday 7/7/22.... With my luck one of my tires popped the next day. Porsche dealership was the closest parking lot I could go into. I go in. I tried getting the tire from the back seat I can't. I was able to open my trunk but I couldn't get my tire out cause of the way the guy had hit the back of my car. Thankfully 1 of the co workers helped me get the tire out but he left. Didn't offer if I needed assists getting the tire changed or to ask someone to come help me. Just walked away. With a Sore and bruised neck, ribs and lower back!!! I had to do it my self for an hour !! I heard someone close I get up and asked if they could find some one maybe a mechanic to finish up to put the bolts in and tighten them. First thing he said is No they won't do that for you. WHY NOT!!! I'm in your parking lot !! I may not be a customer but I know people that could have beeen and you are telling me you can't help me with putting some bolts in or just tightening them. Had really bad experience in the Porsche dealership in Jericho NY. Tuesday afternoon we walked in for car issue, we had been taken care by Susan Chernick. We explained the problem to her, she suggested us for a road testing. She made an appointment for us on Friday morning 8:00 am. By the time we get there, I explained her one more time for the car issue, she said can't take the road test because of the rush hour in the morning, she offered me if we want, we may drive 70 mph on local and the dealer wouldn't take any responsibility for any accidents and pull over by cops. No one answers the phone to take service appointments! After attempting to call 6-7 times, I made an appointment using their internet booking system. I received a call several weeks later (and 2 days before the appointment) telling me that their online booking doesn't work properly and doesn't correctly register the availability of loaner cars. Thus, my appointment would need to changed to several weeks later. Very bad experience with Sam Gadkar & Eric Breitman at Porsche Gold Coast, Jericho, New York...I returned a leased vehicle & Sam was very rude & confrontational when I asked him to let me delete my garage door program, GPS & phone information from the vehicle. He told me he was very busy, even though it was 9:30 in the morning & he was standing around doing nothing. He also told me he was having a bad day & he didn't like doing lease returns. He refused to have someone else assist me & would not direct me to the manager. When I did locate the manager, Eric Breitman, I explained my dissatisfaction with Sam & to my shock, Eric told me, with a smirk on his face, "Look, let's just pretend this never happened,ok." I've sent emails to Evan Christodoulou & Dominic Antoine regarding this matter & no one has contacted me.
