That day I walked into the dealership in gym clothes sneakers. At no point during my time there did I feel judged. I decided I wanted to test drive the Macan and I feel in love! During this time there was an actually stop sell on the Macan's to fix a part. Porsche cares deeply about its reputation and prestige so they were taking every precaution to switch all the parts in every car. During his time Taylor stayed connected with me and followed up to let me know the progress. Once the Macan were ready to sell again Taylor contacted me and I went back and test drove it one more time. I knew right then and there I wanted one. Well looking at the reviews left by other customers and the fact they are 5star with a lot of reviews should tell you that they really are a great dealership to do business with. I went in to look at some cars yesterday and let me tell you what beautiful cars they are!! I was approached by one of the employees which introduced himself as a sales manager (Ed Finley). He walked with me for a few minutes and made me feel welcome. I explained I was shopping for my wife and was not ready for a few weeks, he stuck with me and still showed me around. He called over one of his sales reps (Christian Vidal) and asked him to show me around and mentioned they had a really cool upstairs showroom. UPDATE - On the 17th I was charged for four days of rental car - $180.04 which I was told that it was free of charge since they could not offer their cars. I returned the rental car very next day once I was given and someone in the dealer returned it few more days later. When I called Henry, he told me that this error will be fixed within 24 hours but as of 22nd there's no resolution. Well the previous reviews below did not really help me much because I wasn't happy with this dealer's service. The service guy, Henry was not helpful nor kind to me at all. He didn't even know what was going on either because he wouldn't want to talk. It took 27.5 hours to get basic 10k service. He kept delaying and delaying so I went to the service center after giving up on waiting. It was 1 hour trip to the dealer and I again waited another 30 minutes after I was told the car was ready. It was horrible experience I will not visit this dealer again. read more

I was in the market for an upgrade to my BMW 335i that I was suppose to turn in next month. Problem is that I was suppose to keep my BMW, put in major modifications, and went over mileage. BMW gave me a good deal to pay off my car and pay a certain amount for the trade in difference if I paid msrp for a new M4. Michael Georgie has been in contact for me for a month after I stopped by and showed interest in getting a Porsche. He went above and beyond to get me the 911. I discussed my other car options with him and was very understanding (never pushy). He treated and talked to me as a friend; more approachable than anyone I encountered at the multiple Porsche, Maserati, BMW, or Mercedes dealers I encountered during my hunt for a new car. Michael got the deal done, matched the price BMW would have given me ($5400 vs. over $12k to turn the car back in), took a few grand off the final price for the low mileage 911, made me feel very welcome and accommodated me through out the whole process.
