Took my Cayenne in for 5-year maintenance. Jordan did a great job of keeping me informed. Car was ready when promised. The only extras were to change the oil in the transfer case, due to time, and to replace the can of tire sealant, which apparently expires. The service loaner was a Macan, which is apparently the standard service loaner at Porsche. When I returned to pick up the car, a salesman was waiting to try to sell me a new one. Even though I'm at an age where it is challenging to get in and out of sports cars (hence the Cayenne), Dyan pointed out that the Panamera 4 e-hybrid with Active Ride has a configurable ride height for entry/exit. What went well? Literally everything! I had a Boxster for a few years and they treated me as if I drove in with a 911 Turbo S every single time! Jordan in service is an absolute delight! She takes such good care of me that when Scooter (my Boxster) didn't make it out of their "ICU" I actually entertained the idea of getting my SECOND Porsche! A hard pass. After sending, upfront, not only my vehicles VIN, mileage, what I wanted for my vehicle in trade, photos of my vehicle, what I wanted to pay and for how many months. Communication with the sales person I was dealing with went rapidly off the rails. Two men, who did not identify what their titles are, and why they were injecting themselves into my communications with K. (I will only use her first initial - K.). They just injected themselves, with no explanation, into my text messaging conversation with K. By interrupting my conversion with K. they ended my interest in continuing any further communication with not just K. but in doing business at Chapman Porsche. Q. was the second of the two men who tersely said he wanted to confirm that I would be in at X time. So I asked, "Can K. answer my question or can you?" No response. Crickets. I waited. After giving him plenty of time to respond; I texted, "Hard pass." and used STOP to end communications with these two men and their rude intrusion into my conversation with K. This "Just get him in." tactic was lame and counterproductive on all fronts. They robbed K. of any chance to sell me any vehicle. They alienated me from Chapman Porsche. Turned me off 100% with their aggressive tactic to sidestep my questions. To try instead to just get me in so that they could, they must have imagined, reel me into a deal. Wrong. definitely not a luxury car buyer experience. my sales person was lacking in knowledge of the Cayenne I bought. I asked him twice about the suspension and he told me the car had what I wanted. I even called to verify his answer. Bought the car, took it home, did some research, nope, he was wrong. He was wrong with other answers, also. i was told the paperwork would take a half hour, two hours later I'm still there. Possibly, I should not of expected a luxury car buying experience. Very disappointing. When I mentioned my buying experience to whom I thought was a manager, he told me he only cared about his part of the transaction. My recent experience with this business has been nothing short of a nightmare. A few weeks ago, I purchased a used vehicle. Before I was able to bring the vehicle home, I had to wait several days for them to make repairs. Finally, I was able to drive it home. However, within days, the vehicle began having mechanical issues and I had to take it back for additional repairs. The absence of a courtesy loaner further compounded this inconvenience. After these repairs were complete, I was able to bring my vehicle home for a few days before the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle in, yet again, for repairs. A few days ago, the dealership called to tell me that the issues were not covered by warranty and that they wouldn't cover the cost of the repairs. I told them that I would take the vehicle elsewhere for repairs and asked when I could pick it up. Despite this, they proceeded with the repairs and have made it impossible to retrieve my car. At this point, I'm dealing with an inexplicable lack of communication regarding the whereabouts and status of my car between this dealership and the Jaguar service center (who apparently handled some or all of the most recent repairs?). This dealership sold me a vehicle riddled with multiple mechanical defects that either remain unaddressed or were refused warranty coverage, leaving me to grapple with mounting repair costs totaling over $1,000, which I never even authorized. It is completely unacceptable that, after a month of ownership, I have only had possession of the vehicle for four days. Frankly, I feel as though this establishment lacks both accountability and professionalism. I expected a reputable business to conduct itself with integrity, yet I find myself dealing with a prolonged and distressing situation entirely of their making. This man had no idea how much I make to say a comment, just because I look young, I do very well to afford stuff. And credit was definitely where I could negotiate, I agree with the other review do not go in with just a T-shirt. And be prepared for salesman to tell you to go get a promotion. After the sale customer service has been non existent, we purchased our vehicle and were given a temporary registration placard. The expiration date on the temporary registration was fast approaching but no one from the dealership management team would return my calls and still hasn't answered my emails. The temporary registration expired so I couldn't legally drive the vehicle. I have bought my cars in my time and have never received this type of treatment. I'm hard to deal with, I know that. And I walk into car sales guys with a chip on my shoulder to start with, after all I've caught so many in outright lies. They lie cause they don't know the answer and they make one up, or the answer isn't one a buyer wants to hear. I saw a used Lexus via Autotrader on their lot, I was interested but need a slightly better deal. Wayne Lemon helped me with info on the car and had a since or urgency on my behalf. I live 2000 miles away but work for an airline and getting there was easy for me. The car was ready for me to take to the local Lexus dealer when I arrived, we had an agreed upon price before I came out. Everything went as planned, although their finance guy is either overwhelmed or slow. I didn't need to finance as it was a backup scenario as I had to leave right away and we were still waiting on the wire transfer to happen. So to be honest it was also an added service on my behalf. I'm a very picky guy, I do what I say and expect the same of others. I'd say I got that and a decent car to boot. read more

I am updating my review. Last week we drove past the dealership and proudly displayed on the front pavilion is a Ford pickup truck. The last time we drove past (at least 6 months ago) there was a Ford pickup parked in this same spot. Hmmmm.... But this is not why I am updating my review. I want to inform anyone who takes their vehicle in for service what I learned yesterday. We took our new 911 Cabriolet S to the beautiful brand-spanking new dealership in Chandler for an oil change. They gave us a brand new Cayenne as a loaner while we were waiting. When we were given our invoice for the oil change I thought there was a mistake as we were charged $223. Every time in the past when we have taken our Porsche to the dealership in Tucson we have been charged $350.00! We told this to the service people in Chandler and they said "Oh you must be mistaken as we all charge the same amount". So my husband called Porsche Tucson right then and there and asked them what they charge and he was told $365.00. He said to the person on the phone, "I thought it was $350?" and was told "We used to charge that price, it's now $365". Porsche Chandler is only a little over an hour drive and you will get top-notch service and save yourself some money. Plus they actually have a large selection of Porsches to ogle over! Not to mention they have a selectiof of free juices, Fiji water, sodas, an espresso machine and a wide variety of fruit, cookies and other snacks. They also have a café upstairs with seating to bring your laptop if you need to do some work and of course free Wi-Fi. read more
