I first began looking for a pre-owned 981 Cayman S five years ago. Porsche of Warwick had one I was interested and that's when I met Carlos. I ultimately decided to not buy that particular car, but Carlos impressed me with is attention to detail, an ability to listen very well and his product knowledge. It was well over a year later when I came back to Porsche of Warwick (still with no Cayman S) and I wanted to put my name in for the new 718 Spyder I'd read about. I specifically asked to work with Carlos....that was in January 2018. While waiting for a Spyder allotment, I bought a 'bridge car' from him (a 2013 Boxster they had on the lot). Finally, my 2021 718 Spyder build slot arrived and I bought that car from him as well. I'll gladly continue buying Porsche's from Carlos. Since first meeting Carlos five years ago, he and I have spent a lot of time together (in person, on the phone and via email). He always follows through...no exceptions. He doesn't know everything and doesn't pretend to, either. When he needs to, he lets me know he'll look into something for me and by gosh, he gets back to me with an answer. Chase and Jackie in service are also great to work with. My feeling is that you shouldn't have to 'endure' a dealership experience. The people at Porsche of Warwick feel like friends and partners. As such, my experience with them has been nothing short of stellar since that first step into their showroom 5 years ago. I've since bought two cars from them and have recommended Porsche of Warwick (and Carlos, specifically) to a friend who (just today) received his build slot because the folks over there made it happen. I had a car that I was very unhappy with (I won't name it here, but it is a Scandinavian brand) and previously drove a RRS, which I liked). I drove the 2013 Porsche Cayenne in 2012 but it was a V6 model and underpowered, the V8's were just to pricey compared to the RRS. My wife saw a 2013 CS online for a "reasonable" price. It has a lot of miles. It is optioned to the hilt. Carlos was/is extremely helpful and Denis worked with me to agree on a deal that is fair for them and me. I have an issue were the car was damaged after I posted a deposit. While it is not yet resolved, they have assured me they will make it whole again and heal its bumps, bruises, and grinds. I see RRS, Mercedes, and many other SUVs all over, Porsche Cayenne are fairly rare which is surprising considering they are rated high in reliability (maybe its the high cost to own). I have had it for the weekend and had some time to get to know it. I am very happy with the Cayenne. If considering a Pre-Owned Cayenne or any other Porsche, you would do yourself very well to stop in Porsche of Warwick and see Carlos. He is fair and willing to do what it takes to ensure satisfaction. read more

I am an active duty service member who can't drive my new cayenne because these guys were over 2 weeks late sending the documents needed for title and registration. When I asked for a new temp plate after the first one expired, they refused and basically said tuff luck. It amazes me that this is there standard to be late and not make it right for the customer. I do not recommend giving them your business and will not be purchasing another vehicle from porche Warwick or another other dealership in the group. read more

I was very happy and very impressed with the purchasing experience at Porsche of Warwick. As a younger customer, I appreciated the fact that I wasn't treated differently (or ignored like has been the case at other dealers) because I didn't fit their target market and they were very accommodating with helping me find just the car I was looking for. I wasn't sure if I wanted the Cayenne or the Panamera. The sales team was very patient and gave me the opportunity to test out, and contemplate which vehicle would be the right choice for me. I never felt pressured. In fact, they encouraged me to drive other cars and let them know how I liked them. The whole Porsche buying experience could not have been more fun. Update to my review. I called your showroom - not your internet sales and was told on Saturday that the car was available. Now as for the rest. I saw a car on this dealer's website on Saturday snd called the showroom to inquire and try to put a deposit on it. The woman who took the call checked with her salesperson and told me that the car was available and that a salesperson would call me back that day. No one called so Saturday night I went on their website and texted with someone about the car. They told me that the car was still available and someone would contact me Monday morning. About noon on Monday (no longer morning) I received a text from someone who also told me that the car was available and someone would contact me. About an hour later i got this text - "My apologies for the delay. I was just informed that there was a customer in the showroom that was also looking at the Macan. It has sold". WTF!!!!! When I called the sales manager I was told that the car sold a week ago. Someone is lying to cover their butt but since I was told twice that the car was available by two different people it feels like the lie came later. This dealer is a black mark on Penske Automotive and I called their corporate offices to let them know! read more

Really a great experience. Carlos was very helpful in answering my questions and accurately describing the condition of the car. Carlos was able to negotiate with me over the phone which prompted me to see and drive the car in person. Kristina helped show me the car in Carlos' absence. Wow, the car was amazing and the condition incredible. At that point it was all over. Put a sold sign on that car!!! Deposit down. Took delivery 2 days later. My delivery experience was amazing and Carlos did a great job explaining the features of the car. Dennis was great in getting me through the paperwork quickly and was able to get me a very competitive interest rate. The facility is gorgeous. Overall a fantastic experience. read more

I have purchased a 911 last fall, and the experience was great, but when I called this year just for a routine oil and filter change and asked for a pick up I have been given an appointment in 1 month. Very disappointing when you are suppose to represent one of the best brands in the auto industry. I find it a little hard to believe that I am writing a glowing review of a car dealer, but my wife and I had a great experience at Porsche of Warwick. We bought a new Cayenne GTS over the last couple weeks and the whole process was flawless. Our salesman, Kirk, was extremely knowledgable about the Porsches, but more impressively, he knew more about the Land Rovers and BMWs we were looking at than the salesmen at those dealers. He has a great sense of humor and a very winning style--no high pressure, just very professional and engaging. The delivery process was seamless with Lynsey handling the paperwork. I brought my 2013 Porsche Cayenne diesel in for a recall, was also going to have the rear window switch fixed, the oil light reset and the cayenne symbol in the rear replaced due to it cracking. When purchased I was told that any emblems on the vehicle would be replaced for a $50 deductible only. When I dropped the vehicle off for the scheduled service I advised them of the following items that needed to be serviced. At no time did they tell me what was and wasn't covered under warranty and at no time did they give me an estimated price for the cost of the work. After 3days I received a call advising the vehicle was ready and that the total cost for the above work would be in the amount of $200. At no time could anyone get a straight answer regarding the service whether or not it was covered by the warranty. Their response to me about the emblem and resetting the oil change indicator was "well it is either covered or it isn't and I guess it isn't". And also due to the fact that I went to a anther dealership (which was a certified dealership) to have the oil changed and not at Porsche of Warwick they stated that they could not and would not reset it without charging me. There was no CUSTOMER SERVICE , made me feel as I was misled upon purchase and they make you feel like a number and not a person. Truly upsetting due to the fact of how reputable they are as a dealership. In regards to my last post a representative from Porsche of Warwick was quick to respond. They advised for me to send my contact information to their General Manager so they could "solve the issue" in a one on one conversation. Here we are three weeks later no call, no email. CUSTOMER SERVICE at its best from one of the more reputable dealerships on the east coast. Such a shame and I will leave it at that. read more

It took them more than 2 months to get my NY plates and registration and I was not able to drive the car for over a month. Lots of emails and aggravation. Be careful if you are out of state of RI as they do not know what they are doing. read more
