Walking into the store, the first 2 things you notice is that it is busy!, and the heavenly smell of fresh baked sourdough. There is indoor seating and outdoor seating, even though there is a lot of tables it is definitely not enough during lunch time. I ordered a 6 inch frensh dip and their bowl of clam chowder, all to go. Driving home with my to go order was torture! My entire car smelled like bread that just came out of the oven!!! The French dip was delicious! The shop provides a giant cup of Au Jus with the sandwhich, there is no way you are going to use it all! The sandwhich was well belanced with the meat and cheese, and the flavors were a great combination. The sourdough bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Definitely recommend checking out this sandwhich. The bowl of clam chowder is the reason I know I will be consistently coming back to this shop. As a clam chowder snob, I am obsessed! The portions of ingredients were great, not too many of one ingredient. The soup was creamy but not thick like glue, great consistency! The cut sizes for the potato and clams were great and you could easily see the clams in the soup. It was phenomenal!!! I beyond recommend checking out Sourdough & Co.

I didn't think much of it at first, but then I watched the owner heat the pastrami in the microwave before assembling the sandwich. I've never had a deli sandwich prepared that way right in front of me, and it was disappointing. She also pulled out a large bag of Taylor Farms shredded lettuce. I asked for no lettuce, and she joked that "people don't want lettuce anymore." Given the recent news surrounding Taylor Farms, that comment didn't exactly inspire confidence. What really surprised me was that the pastrami was placed in a plastic basket and microwaved. Whether or not it's considered safe, seeing food heated that way wasn't very appetizing. Looking around, there also didn't appear to be any real kitchen equipment for preparing hot sandwiches beyond a microwave. A Blackstone griddle or even a quality countertop oven would have inspired much more confidence in the food, especially considering the owner's Yelp responses emphasizing the quality of their sandwiches. From what I experienced, the preparation didn't match those claims. In the end, we ordered just one pastrami sandwich and one beer, and the total came to about $25, with the sandwich alone costing over $17. For that price, I expected much better ingredients and preparation. Unfortunately, the quality didn't match the cost. We tried to be as nice as possible but we left feeling pretty disappointed and couldn't wait to get out of there.

I honestly don't know how this Port of Subs location is still in business. The management is a joke -- they literally water down the mayo/mustard mix so everything tastes bland and cheap. It feels like they're cutting corners everywhere they can. On top of that, they hoard napkins behind the counter like it's some kind of luxury item. Ask for a few extra and you'll get attitude immediately. Same thing if you want extra veggies -- the staff acts like you're personally offending them for asking. The customer service is just straight-up terrible. Rude, impatient, and clearly don't care about customers at all. Add in the inconvenient, not-great location, and there's really no reason to come here. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers. read more

The main reason I am writing a review is because, it has been at least 6-7 months since I started eating here and WOW, the meat portions are CRAZY. I asked for fresh toppings and she replied with thats all we have. Someone isnt managing properly if thats all they have. The lady that took my order could have spoken up, we were the only ones in the place that ordered, everyone else was eating, so no new orders were placed after me. I even told the manager to review the video tape. He refused. The only thing going for this place are the shoestring fries. They are not worth going back for though. This was the Freddys on Ironwood in Queen Creek. I believe my order # was 299, but, really not sure. Happened between 5:30-6pm. Freddy's will never see me or my money again. Shame on you, not only for allowing this, but, for ignoring my complaint I sent to HQ. You are STILL treating me like crap, so, if I don't matter to you, do your other customers matter? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

She was especially sweet to our 92-year-old mom. Don ordered from the new spring menu, the chimichurri steak & egg hash. Tons of flavor! Two of us got the soup of the day, which was a wonderful vegetable and tomato based soup. We also got the blueberry lemon cornbread to share. It was amazing! Visually, it's a little less impressive and the chicken looks somewhat thin, but the garlic aioli absolutely brings it across the finish line. It's much better than it looks. They're also very proud of their shakes at $6.50. They're good, but I can't quite say they're worth the price unless you're really craving a shake. Overall, great burgers, incredibly friendly service, good atmosphere, and prices that still feel reasonable. Seven Brothers has become an easy go-to.

She was happy to make the change to my sandwich and was just the most pleasant person to deal with. The Dutch Crunch bread here is phenomenal, btw. I would never order anything else. I agree with people who say that sandwiches here are expensive. But if I eat at home to save money I can't get my Orowheat bread and Oscar Meyer to taste this good - so it's worth the splurge to come visit sometimes.
