I've always liked Ike's sandwiches but have a hard time finishing the generous portion. The solution I found today was ordering a kid's ham sandwich and just asking to swap the cheese to Swiss. I could not have asked for a nicer cashier than Shelly. She was happy to make the change to my sandwich and was just the most pleasant person to deal with. The Dutch Crunch bread here is phenomenal, btw. I would never order anything else. I agree with people who say that sandwiches here are expensive. But if I eat at home to save money I can't get my Orowheat bread and Oscar Meyer to taste this good - so it's worth the splurge to come visit sometimes. read more

I love Ike's, it's my favorite sandwich place. I brought my brother, mother and boyfriend here today for lunch and they all loved their sandwiches (Hollywood Philly, Phil M, and Were just friends). Unfortunately mine is consistently made wrong and today's version was the most non traditional yet where half the sandwich didn't have anything on it but it should have had pesto and cheese. I want to start off with, I've loved this sandwich place since it first open here in AZ. However, after yesterday's sandwich, I'm not sure I'll ever got back. I got my usual the number 9. When I got home i was super disappointed in the amount of chicken on the sandwich, it's like they thought I wanted no chicken. If you're gonna charge $13.75 for a sandwich with meat, please add meat. Also, most of my avocado was black. Come on Ike do better. read more

Have seen a few of these around the East Valley in the last few years but we had never stopped in until recently. I first heard about them from The Jim Rome Show, a sports show I listen to rather regularly. Jim was going on and on about having a sandwich named after himself on the menu. That piqued my interest. So, what's on a Jim Rome? Turkey, Avocado, Red Pesto, Cheddar. May be the best sub I have ever had. So good. We split our first sub and ordered the other for the road. Being an ASU grad with a wife who works at the university, it was a simple choice. We got the Pat Tilman as our next choice. So, what's on a Pat Tillman? Roast beef, mozzarella sticks and mushrooms. Cheesy deliciousness. Thay have an app for ordering, discounts, etc. We just walked in and ordered at the counter. They were patient with us since we were newbies. We really enjoyed the dining0in experience and looking around the store. There are photos of Ike with all sorts of celebrities and famous people. As Jim Rome says, "Ike knows everybody." Highly recommend grabbing a sub from here - they have ones loaded with meat and other for vegetarians. Some great names on their sandwiches too. Have fun and enjoy. read more

First time trying Ike's, my first impression was wow the menu is HUGE !! There are so many options I was a bit overwhelmed lol. The employee was super nice and helpful, and let me sample the yellow bbq sauce! It was yummy, I went with the number 325. Amunas Tuna which was delicious I loved the red pesto it was delicious. The bottled Calypso cucumber limeade was AMAZING, the bbq chips were just ok , and all together it was a little expensive. I wish they sold smaller portions of sandwiches but when I'm really hungry or want leftovers I'll stop by. read more

Sandwich was decent first of all but prices were definitely over priced. The place had hardly anyone in there during peak lunch hours and it took 20 min to get our sandwiches. That's probably why they were so slow. Needless to say we probably won't go back. read more

I was really craving a sandwich from Ike's and realized they had a location near me. I ordered the Ménage a Trois which is my usual order. The girls working were super nice and friendly but the sandwich was the issue. My sandwich was literally sopping wet and it was inedible from how drenched it was. I am super disappointed because they are never this soggy and other locations. I was super bummed and felt like I wasted $15. Unfortunately will not be returning. read more

A friend told me about Ikes. When I don't feel like cooking or eating a big meal, I like a good sandwich. We placed an order online, and the husband picked up, so I don't know what the inside looks like, but the sandwich is good. I got the pastrami with provolone on french bread. Quality Pastrami, though I wish there was a little bit more meat. All fresh ingredients and bread held up to the sandwich. Quick and easy order process and sandwich was ready when got there. I love Ike's. I've been a fan since they made their debut in SF - in fact my Mom knows Ike?... I have no idea how but he gave her some passes one day from free sammy's. Anyhow, I love the concept for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free bread. I have a gluten intolerance and try my best to avoid gluten when I can. It's trendy purple and yellow decor with unique soda pop options is neat. I love the crazy sandwich combos. I stopped by excited to try this location since I hadn't been. Sandwich tasted great. I got the chicken Parmesan sandwich (can't remember the unique name) with everything on it. Well... a few hours later my stomach was upside down. I felt so sick. Ordered 5 sandwiches and two chip combos, recieved half of my order from my driver. Didn't open the bag and realize until about 30 minutes later, then I freaked out about losing 50 dollars, tried to contact uber and they were of no help. So I called the Ike's and they identified they calmed me down, kept the store open for me after hours, and fulfilled my order for me, they even helped clean me up when I spilled my drink on myself in the rush! I forgot the names of the two lovely ladies but they were working the evening shift on April 9th 2025. Management, treat them well! read more

Bought 4 sandwiches for 80 bucks ok whatever but 3 were not even right one absolutely inedible drenched in habanero, one missing toppings we asked for I asked for a new sandwich they let my bacon sit there while they made 4 other customers sandwiches I asked for my sandwich and the girl ignored me the other girl told I was waiting and she simply said I know......I lost all my calm we were in there for 30 minutes waiting on a buddy Kitty basically a. I live in north Mesa and that one was closer :( also the service I received tonight we not good. The girls took forever to approach me and I also didn't get asked to put my rewards number which was annoying and also they kept chit chatting while making my sandwices and it took them 8 minutes to greet the customer that walked in I was very disappointed. So disappointed with my experience. I was promised my order at 1:25. I wasnt given it until 1:40 and received no apology for that. was cold even though I opened it the second i got in the car. We were told they close in 8 minutes and that we needed to order quicker. I love this location! Everyone is super friendly. There's a ton of choices on the menu especially if you're looking for vegan options. They also have amazing gluten free bread.
