The first time, my car was shutting off while driving--three other mechanics couldn't figure it out, but they diagnosed and fixed it with no issues since. The second time, my car wouldn't start even after a new battery and multiple jump attempts. After towing it in, it (of course) started right up--but they still took the time to check it out and didn't charge me anything. Honest, knowledgeable, and fair. Hard to find shops like this.
