Instead of being upfront about the delay, the staff repeatedly asked us to wait "just a little longer," which was frustrating and showed a lack of respect for our time. This wasn't a simple mistake, it was a preventable scheduling and communication issue. Had they been honest about the wait from the beginning, the experience would have been very different. Offering a 10% off voucher for a future visit wasn't an adequate resolution, and unfortunately, we won't be returning.
