If you want quality nails and a relaxing experience- GO ELSEWHERE. This salon has taken a nose dive. From the moment I sat down with my tech she was rushing me and shoving my hands all over the place. When the simple design I wanted wasn't able to be done (they can't do any designs here so don't even try) she said "what else you want?" When I said give me a moment to look at my Pinterest Board (these are the nails I'll have for my wedding) She crossed her arms and sighed heavily as she wanted to make it clear to me I was annoying her. I even said- you seem agitated and like you're in a rush to get this over- is there someone else that has time to do my nails? She said, "no one else is available." My daughter showed a simple design she wanted and said she could do it; then retracted after showing the design to 5 other techs that said they couldn't do it. So, she changed to friends manicure and the tech said she COULDN'T DO A FRENCH MANICURE. At this point she just settled on chrome which ended costing $20 extra and looking like trash. This place is about quantity- get you in and out as fast as possible. If you want quality- save your sanity and go to Dainty Nails in the same plaza and ask for Tammy. A big plus for me is how clean their place is and that they are careful with masks. I've had three different gals do my nails and all of them did a nice job. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here. The discount is not worth it. I asked for coffin shape nails and to not be super long but not super short because coffin doesn't look right short. When it was time to pay, the lady said $50 for acrylic with gel polish and with 20% off, it'll be $40. First of all, I expressed I was disappointed with the way my nails turned out. And the lady taking my payment said, here I'll do it over for you. But I don't have 3 extra hours to sit around to correct an hour and a half that I already spent there. Second, the lady who did my nails filed down the acrylic so short that my skin was bleeding because she filed my real nail away....on multiple fingers after I expressed it hurt. So my actual nail needs to grow back and my skin needs to heal before I can do anything else with these ugly things. Third, I ended paying the $40 anyway which I'm so not happy about. read more

What I I wanted, what I got, how I left. Originally I stopped in to have my nails done similar to the Pinterest inspo pic. I asked for coffin and off bat Mimi states that the shape and length would be $80, I was confused at the price but let her proceed because obviously this was going to be an exact replica of the Pinterest picture for that price. The second picture I actually paid $92 for and as you can see this ain't it.. slept on it went back the next day to have them fixed and there were a lot of things there weren't able to do, I was able to receive a flawless coffin, however the colors weren't right so I asked to change the design, every design I pulled up they gave me a reason on why they were unable to do the design for some reason or another. I finally got discouraged and asked for my nails to be removed, and for a refund. At this point I was argued with on why I should settle, my nails were chopped, wrapped with acetone, and no one spoke to me for the next hour. Finally I was issued my refund, continued to be ignored and left for a business meeting with my nails looking like this, please ladies, gents do yourselves the favor and save your money. read more

Worst manicure I've ever received. It was obviously rushed through and poorly done. I asked to keep my acrylics and almond shape just a little shorter because my set was grown out. She took off almost all my acrylics and didn't put new ones on. Filed my nails down incredibly short. Proceeded to tell me my nails were too short for almond to look good when it was already done. That's when I realized she painted my nails without reapplying my acrylics. My nails are pointed every which way and are super short w no acrylics. Completely opposite of what I asked for. read more

I like this place a lot. Mr and Mrs Tran that just moved from Indiana are wonderful, gentle, talented people. They have both done my nails in the couple of times I have been there The environment is clean and they really make the cleanliness of their pedicure chairs a priority. Very happy with the way my nails turned out. I went in for a full set. I was greeted by Mimi. She asked if I was interested in doing a powder dip. Explaining that the powder dip would be more natural and light on my nails. I never had this done before so I decided to try. I wanted a particular pink that I couldn't find in the nail pallets and she shown me a pink powder with glitter and I really like it. They were too busy to take me as a walk in. So, I left. They didn't even offer to make me an appointmen. ten minutes later I called them and asked for an appointment. They gave me a 3:30pm appointment. Which was even confirmed by a text message they sent me. I arrived 15 minutes early and not even one of them greeted me. So, I sat down and waited till 3:45 15 minutes pass my appointment. At that time I told someone walking by the front desk I had an appointment at 3:30pm. They looked at me like a deer in headlights. Not even an apology. So, I returned the nail polish back to the shelf and walked out. Not one person tried stopping me or appeasing me. This was very disappointing to me. I'm always a person to try a place even though some reviews are not good. My MIL and I decided to try this place and what a waste. I'm sad to say because they were very nice. We did not wait at all for walk-ins which is nice but now I see why. We got pedicures. My lady talked to my MIL most of the time and was not at all focused on my pedicure. My nails were rough and not filed at all, so they are jagged. The color was put on quick and not the best. I spent more time waiting in the chair for my nails to dry then enjoying the actual pedicure. My MIL's pedicurist seemed annoyed most of the time until the end when she wanted to upsell for an eyebrow wax and manicure. We were in there for less than an hour. I wished it was better. I don't live in the area so we won't be back anyways. read more

I went in to get a pedicure and the experience and prices are terrible. Water was cold and the guy who did my pedicure had no idea what he was doing. He cut my nails crooked and didn't clip my cuticles. There are clumps of polish on the sides. I asked for gel polish thinking it would be 5 or 10 more and turns out it was 20$!! I then said my nails were not cut properly and the lady said she could fix it. But I did not have time to sit for another pedicure. It's a shame because I liked getting my nails done there. Not only did I have to wait 55 mins before I was attended to but I was left to soak in water that eventually got cold and no one checked on me. There were refreshments available for customers getting pedicures but No one ask me! Again the lady was sweet but shouldn't be doing pedicures. No massage until very end (first time ever, super weird) cut me 3 times and didn't clean my nails. Very expensive for the services they provide. I paid $75 for a detox pedi and did not know what to expect and it was nothing special. It was similar to a $50 pedi at many other salons. Brand new spa, if you don't mind overpaying, it is very nice and clean. The pace was pretty empty on a Saturday morning. I assumed because it is a newly opened spa. Also, misleading discount for January on the front door. I will not be back. I wish them luck. read more
