Charlie was able to find the specific car we were looking for at a great price. We have purchased several cars from him in the past

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! I've bought many cars…read moreover the years, but nothing like the nightmare I experienced with GOAT MOTORS and Jordan. I tried to be cautious, even purchasing a code reader beforehand, only to later find out they can simply delete codes. I found a car online that seemed reasonably priced (now I know why) and decided to check it out. As I was on my way, I got a call saying the car wasn't available because one of the workers had taken it home to put in a new battery. He offered to bring it to my house later in the week since I couldn't make it during business hours. Seemed like a nice gesture at the time, but it quickly became clear he was just trying to offload a problem onto us. He showed up on a cold evening, and we agreed to purchase the car. We barely drove it--less than a mile--and he had to bring it back to the dealership as he drove it to our place and didn't have another vehicle. We got it the following evening as didn't do a look over as it was seriously cold within a few days, we realized something was seriously wrong (We put on less than 10 miles). Took it to my mechanic, and he confirmed that the transmission was failing and would need to be replaced. I called Jordan, who assured me that no warning lights were on the dash. When I mentioned that I knew they could delete codes, he promised to take care of it and said he'd call me in a few days. Of course, no call came, so I reached out to him. After several calls, he finally admitted that it would cost them too much to fix and offered a measly $600 refund. Considering the $9,000 car, the transmission repair was quoted at $8,700, and this was his solution. Also the battery wasn't replaced like he said! This dealership is nothing but smoke and mirrors. They hide major issues with cars and refuse to take responsibility. Save yourself the headache--STAY AWAY!

They are a local business that truly care about their costumers and protecting the vehicles they are towing. Their price is very comparable to towing I have had in the past when I lived in different areas. You call and they answer. I have had issues in the past getting a towing company to even answer a phone call. I will continue to use them for ever.

The people at the gates said the parking was full, so they followed others and parked across the street, not realizing there were signs . We came out 3 hours later, and they had no car. We went to the lot and pulled up to people working, and they definitely weren't personable, and actually really rude. My friend offered to pay to get his car (Saturday night). They said they were just drivers and the office was closed. Come on! They live ON the property! We had to take my friend an hour away and then drive 2 hours to get back home? Since this was a central meeting point for us to watch the demo derby. Over $400 later, he got his car on Monday morning, only to find it damaged. These people are flat out crooks. It shouldn't cost over $100/day to spark his car in their yard. They definitely have a scam going. I don't plan to spend my money in this county anymore. We used to come here 4 or 5 times a year and eat dinner whole we were were in Danville. We will spend our money elsewhere as long as they're running their scams.
