I neglected to see ketchup on their toppings list due to order anxiety, but my burger and fries were so good, I didn't need it. The burger and toppings weren't overly juicy and the brioche bun didn't get soggy. I was really surprised how well the paper wrapping stayed intact and I didn't have to deal with any messiness. The fries were also really good. They remind me of fresh McD fries - the outside hot, crispy, and lightly salted and soft on the inside. I should have tried the seasonal shake which is peanut butter, because Graze's shakes look good and I'm a peanut butter fan. Hopefully, my next visit will be soon and I'll grab this shake then. Graze burgers are super good and am not sure why there aren't more than two locations.

The flavors of caramel and butter were a little bit stronger than the banana, but it wasn't too rich and I paired it with some coffee, it was all really good. I would order all of this again and can see why Truland is popular.

My recent visit to Portillo's left me with mixed feelings. The food was on par with what I've come to expect from this chain - tasty and consistent with other locations. However, the overall experience was marred by repeated order mix-ups. Unfortunately, our order was incorrect not once, but twice during our visit. This resulted in two separate instances of waiting in line for 15 minutes each time just to get the order corrected. The lack of attention to detail and the inconvenience of having to rectify the situation twice left a lot to be desired. Managers said they will take care of us, but without respect for our time and inconvenience. Should have not needed to go to the back of the line twice. We also paid full price. Regrettably, the repeated issues with our order make it unlikely that I will return to this specific Portillo's location unless there are noticeable improvements in their order accuracy and customer service. Here's hoping they address these issues for a more enjoyable dining experience in the future. read more

First reviews don't count at any time at any restaurant, especially at its opening. Got giv e it a chance, may be review it after 3 or more visits to get a true experience of an eating establishment. My wife and I eat out 6 days a week as she is not able be on her feet due to knee problems and my schedule and lack of culinary skills is nonexistent, so we've come to an understanding of eateries, their workers and their unique way of food, that we pause be before being negative. We'll do that with Portillo's, stay tuned if you care. I had to add some stars to post this comment; I'll update in a couple or three months with my take of this place that Fluffy (Iglesias) loves. read more

Im a former employee, Its filled with many health and safety violations, Crazy managers. They lost 5 Crew chiefs( Supervisors) I have video proof in all the filthy walls and manager was clueless!
