They were courteous, respectful, very quick and thorough. They repaired my Subaru, worked with the insurance company ( the value of the quote) and made it look as if nothing had happened to it. They even detailed inside of my car and replaced the cover on the driver side seat that I told them that would pay out of pocket for because it was not part of the accident but they fixed it anyways with no charge. Steven Litwin is the shop Foreman and handled everything professionally and was very pleasant to work with. I hope my car is never damaged again but if it is it will only go to Steben's.

Kevin's let me do an overnight drop off so I could get to work on time while they did the estimate. The result: a quote almost $150 LESS and the entire repair was done in the same day!!!! These guys know customer service. The work was top-notch, super friendly staff, and very clean shop. Then, I noticed what looked like peeling on the hood and front of the car. The Toyota-applied clear coat was coming off , My car was starting to look so bad. A few people gave me names of local auto body shops No one wanted to touch my car because I had not been in an auto accident!! They explained their reasons to me, which of course, were all about money and insurance claims. I was, of course, going to pay for any work but, shame on me, I did not have an accident. Just wanted to fix to the clear coat and have effected areas of my car re-painted. Finally, I was given the name Brothers auto body in Cromwell. Problem solved! My car was beautifully repainted and new clear coat applied. It looks spectacular! No hesitation to give me a reasonable quote, no rejection because I did not have an accident. Just kind, professional treatment from all at Brothers. Special thanks to Sarah, Jacob and Brian for making this whole process run so smoothly. My Corolla carries with it some very special memories from the past. I will always do what I can to keep it running and looking as good as I can.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! We brought my sons truck with a list of stuff that…read moreneeded to be fixed including welding. They said they could complete it all no problem. After having the truck for 2.5 weeks we picked it up after being told "the truck is safe, I would let my kids drive it". No sooner did we drive TWO MINUTES down the road the truck broke down. This was right after my son paid $1700 to have fixed. Called the shop and Ruben didn't care anymore he got his money. The other owner came and pulled the truck back to the shop. Long story short after two more times we took the truck . Halfway home the engine light was back on and the truck was leaking oil and tranny fluid. Brought it to the shop and they couldn't believe the work. Wrong radiator was used so they put connectors. They were leaking. The brake line was wrong and the list goes on. THE BIGGES THING.... THE WELDING WAS COMPLETELY UNSAFE. IF MY SON HIT 3 LARGE BUMPS THE TRUCK WOULD HAVE FALLEN APART! we kept them posted and they asked for a receipt. No problem. It was provided and that was it....they have ignored us. We posted a Google review and they deleted it. They are awful! We are now going to take them to smalls claims court and are reporting them to DMV AND the department of consu.er protection. DONT DO BUSINESS. HERE.

Wrong. I then attempted to fix the car myself and made things so so much worse. I took off the bumper, the headlights, the wire assembly, and other components before realizing just how far I was in over my head! Ended up needing to go through insurance & after almost 3 months of my car sitting over there with Bryon's Auto Body, I couldn't be happier to have it back. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. I was quite embarrassed by the situation that had transpired & they were a pleasure. I would recommend them to anybody who needs auto work and who wants to work with an above-board, communicative, and expedient repair shop. Note that my car hanging out over there was of no way their fault! I had some explaining to do when it came to insurance but anyway... all's well that ends well and I think I may be telling this story for the rest of my life!

First appoitment was in a month. Bryon's got parts a little over a week and in another week my car was wonderfully fixed. Gino and Karen, you are the greatest people and I had a best service.
