I had to call 3x within a week because they would tell me every time no one was available and that I would receive a callback. I felt kinda pressured to get a 3 month supply cuz he explained the cost makes more sense than the 1 month supply which I understood but I still felt some annoyance from him even after telling him I only need 1 month supply cuz don't need that many. Okay so next thing, they provide the Marlo site for your orders so I can see when my contacts are shipped and delivered. I requested them to be delivered to the office. I noticed they were delivered on Aug 3rd and it had been 3 days but they never called me to let me know. So yesterday I was in the area and decided to go pick them up but apparently they didn't find them. The lady who helped me I guess wanted to make me feel dumb or I don't know what, cuz even after showing her the Order details and how it's been delivered, she had the audacity to tell me that the delivery date is the shipping date so it hasn't arrived. Well that didn't make any sense! Clearly my contacts had been delivered and was even signed by someone by the name ddiane? Anyways I left cuz they said they will call me when it arrives... then about an hour and a half later they call me and say contacts are ready for pickup because they just got "delivered". Oh really?? On the 19th when we arrived, it wasn't so much to purchase anything because my friend was going through the elimination period of her insurance. Cecilia and Kimberly were very professional and didn't treat my friend any different as customer due to no purchase. I have been treated as inferior at some locations when they notice I'm just making an inquiry instead of a purchase. They made the both of us feel welcome and that's something she definitely needed seeing she was going through something regarding her vision at that moment. We returned on December 26th only to be greeted not only by Cecilia and Kimberly but also Carlos. They were having a "Most Ugly Christmas Shirt" contest going on. I picked Carlos as the winner. My friend picked Cecilia. It was hilarious. We both were treated with the upmost respect and felt very welcomed. What I enjoyed is the patience of each staff member including Jose who assisted my friend through the process of payment. We loved the relationship that Doctor Fayad himself have with the employees. He was demeaning or demanding but very sweet. You don't see that much with most optometrist. Most treat their employees in an inferior way. These staff members behave like family!!! You can see it and feel it. Their prices in my opinion are fair for customers with no insurance. The various styles of glasses were magnificent. I started trying on a pair or two while waiting on my friend. The machines used for the exam were awesome and I love the way it's done. Very comfortable and professional. Parking is perfect. Even on a crowded day there's meter parking on Manchester and Locust Street.
