My last optometrist strengthened my previous prescription because I'd said I couldn't read fine print on my TV, but what they needed to do was correctly assess my vision, which (surprisingly!) had improved. Now, with Dr. Osaka's new prescription, I can actually see again, thank goodness! And yesterday, when I went to pick up my glasses, Jacqueline, the general manager, went well out of her way to take care of me. She was so friendly and kind, and shetreated me with such warmth, dignity, and respect. What I enjoyed is the patience of each staff member including Jose who assisted my friend through the process of payment. We loved the relationship that Doctor Fayad himself have with the employees. He was demeaning or demanding but very sweet. You don't see that much with most optometrist. Most treat their employees in an inferior way. These staff members behave like family!!! You can see it and feel it. Their prices in my opinion are fair for customers with no insurance. The various styles of glasses were magnificent.
