Over an hour after my appointment time, I was ushered to the back where I was given some kind of eye exam. Didn't bother to tell me to remove my contact lenses. And yes, I told him that I wear lenses. I was there for a contact lens exam. The equipment was old and outdated. The "clinician" then proceeded to put drops in my eyes without washing his hands before putting me in a "dark room" full of people where I was told it would only take 30 more minutes to see the doctor. I had seen enough at this point and left. I have never seen nor experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. Stay away from this place. Everything in me yelled "run" from the moment I walked in. I'm sorry that I stayed as long as I did.
