My only negative comment is the lack of room between the clothing aisles. The small shopping cart could barely fit through the narrow space; it literally was hitting all the clothes on both sides as I walked through the aisles. Since it's almost fall, I couldn't resist purchasing a cream & tan plaid, duster cardigan for $34.99. I tried to do a catch and release, but was unsuccessfull! Especially after I found a pair of chocolate brown, loose pants, the color of the season, and on clearance for just $11. Together, it's a great fall outfit for $46. In the juniors department, I found a pair of high waisted, loose denim jeans with the shredded rips in all the right places. Not typically my style, at my age, but the price was great and they looked really good with a fall sweater. Tip for women - don't be afraid to browse in the Juniors department; often they have on-trend pieces for lower prices than the Women's area. There is plenty of parking right out front, including two handicapped spots. Next door is Ross, but I feel Marshall's has better quality clothes, and overall, a much better shopping experience.

Their sales like $6 doorbusters are hard to pass. Since I'll be shopping here a lot I joined thier loyalty program. Every $150 spent earns a $10 reward and I'm almost there! For the same price as off-the-rack, Suzanne helped me pick my favorite pretty fabric, shiny buttons, and made an adjustment so the shirt fits just right. And, she emailed me when it was ready! Fortunately, places like Pinwheels help take the edge off of clothing and entertaining the little guy! Clothing, shoes, accessories, toys, books, games, strollers, swings: it's all here! And it's all a bargain! Lightly used? Just about everything seems about as close to brand new as possible; *I'd* certainly never know the difference. There's even a "diaper depot" (as I like to call it anyway): a drop box where you can donate extra diapers you no longer need, so that others less fortunate can take them for free; a heartwarming touch that immediately endeared me to this place. The owner is a vibrant, wonderful woman who immediately engaged us upon entering, and make the whole experience a true pleasure. And she has an eye for style, quality, and most important in a resale shop: cleanliness! We bought a pair of shoes and a few toys this time around, but I foresee many return visits to Pinwheels, and not just to re-sell the clothes my son outgrows. I'd rather shop here for his needs than any big box store in the Portland area.
