Traveled well. The bagel was dense, but fluffy. The first day I got a sourdough bagel, and second day a salt bagel. Both were very good. Both on the Eggwich. The second day I got a pistachio muffin, too. That was also very good-- easily 4 stars. I didn't have time to go visit in person, to check out the vibes/ambiance. I live right down the street from this place and I've given it multiple chances. I'll never be going back there again. I ordered online because it takes a ridiculously long time regardless of if they're busy or not and I waited 20 minutes and watched multiple people order after me and get their food first. Then I watched a customer open someone else's sandwich touch it and wrap it back up. I told an employee she opened and touched it, she looked at me wrapped it back up and set it down. Absolute horrible customer service and the quality of food is not worth what it cost. Make the drive somewhere else or go next door to the coffee shop. Dear customers, if your delivery from this place is late, don't blame the drivers. This restaurant is a complete disaster. The service is absolutely terrible. DoorDash drivers show up and just get ignored like we don't even exist. Nobody acknowledges us, nobody gives updates, nothing. You already paid your hard-earned money, but delivery orders are clearly not their priority. They'll serve everyone else first, clean up, walk around, chat, do whatever -- and only then maybe think about the delivery orders. Meanwhile, drivers are left standing around wasting time for no reason. Bottom line: do yourself a favor and don't order from here. Posh bagels are always sooo fresh. I truly love the size of their bagels and they freeze well so I always get extra to save for the week. They have a variety of bagel flavors to choose from; a couple of my favorites are the Asiago and the Jalapeño Cheese. I will be back to try the sandwiches! They seriously have a lot to choose from in comparison to some other bagel spots. Service is great and theres always a crowd in the mornings. Good Bagels, terrible Customer Service. This has happened a few times where I have gone in and there were people waiting in line because all of the employees were busy making food and literally no one to take orders for at least 10-15 minutes. I finally got a chance to order a bagel with Cream Cheese and after I paid decided to get a Matcha Coffee with NO sweetener. The girl with the Green hair took my order, made the Coffee, and than while ringing it up decided to tell me that it would taste bitter. Literally NOT her call, and I proceeded to tell her that I was aware, but have dietary restrictions and cant have sweeteners! Tasty bagels, but chaotic service and outdated payment system The bagels are good (though a bit pricey), but the service is a mess. You queue to order, then get left waiting with no clear system -- when your food is ready, they ask you to repeat what you ordered. No modern POS either: they use a calculator to total your bill and manually enter the amount you pay. For a place this busy, it really needs a proper order-and-pay setup. Bagels and spreads are very good, but the service is weak. On most occasions, the employees seem moody or just indifferent. The interior is clean, but seems kind of worn out and cluttered. We tried the grilled Turkey and cheese (on a cheese bagel) sandwich and pizza bagel (on a margarita bagel) We didn't have any drinks as we went next door and grabbed a chai and mocha. All the staff behind the counter were very helpful and tentative. There was teamwork, coordination, and communication written all over the group that helped me out. I absolutely love their bagels. I'm pregnant right now and I've been ordering the same thing every single day... BLT with cheddar jalapeño bagel and the jalapeño cream cheese. It's sooo good and I love the chunks of the jalapeño pieces they have. And they are hefty bagels def worth every penny. Hey... this little small business in a shopping center, anchored by a Raleys grocery store, is in the burbs of Folsom. The place is not fancy and also not a dump. I unknowingly dropped in the vey minute they were closing. I didn't know it was closing until I was leaving. They gladly helped me and didn't mentioned that they were closed. They graciously took my order and that of the person who came in a few minutes after me. No rushing, no telling us they were closed. Great customer service with a smile. Even though she was wearing a mask, I can tell she was smiling ;-) The pepperoni pizza bagel was open faced ooey gooey cheesy stretchy goodness. 5 stars. I had to sneak a couple of bites from hubs order. We ate it in the car. $5.79. Yum! The bagels are light and fluffy versus the chewy yeasty kind. Besides bagels (including sandwiches and pizza style), they offer muffins and pastries. Bonus is that they sell the customary coffee drinks AND they sell the bubble tea which seems to be all the rage. I did try the Thai iced milk tea with boba. The boba was soft and chewy. This place can get super busy. I've been to several bagel shops before and they were not as busy as this one. It can get crowded here and the the layout of the restaurant is a bit unorganized. Pick up on the left, order in the middle but pay at the right, however people seem to be all in each other's way. I wasn't too impressed with my bagel sandwiches. I am a huge bagel fan, so if there's a bagel place near my work, best believe I will be there. My go-to order here is either the eggwich with sausage or a marinara bagel with chive cream cheese on the side. Both are great! Their Vietnamese coffee here is good too if you want something on the stronger side. Now, why did I take off two stars? The service. It's always hit or miss when I come in here, so I never know if my order will be correct or not. Today was just one of those days where everything was wrong. I came in today asking for a fairly easy request. I wanted a marinara bagel with chive cream cheese on the side, an eggwich (for my coworker) & a coffee. I always ask for the cream cheese on the side because they like to over-do it when they actually put it on the bagels. I paid and received my order to realize I did not have the side of chive cream cheese in my bag. I tell the woman (I believe her name is Maria) who worked on my order & she says she didn't hear my request and that I'd have to pay for the side of cream cheese. I tell her I still want it and she tells me it costs $3 for a little side of cream cheese! It was an insane price for that small of a side, but I needed something to spread onto my bagel... I paid and then left. Now, I get back to my office and I open up my bagel to see that she put a huge smear of regular cream cheese into my bagel. So, now the side of cream cheese I bought is completely useless and the cream cheese on my bagel wasn't even the one I requested. I ended up giving it away because I lost my appetite. All of this could have easily been avoided if they wrote down what our orders were instead of trying to memorize everything all at once. This also isn't the first time that this has happened to me too, but it gets tiring after this many times. Overall, the food is good here, but the service needs to be worked on. There are easier ways to make sure the orders are completed correctly. Now every time I come in, I will have to triple check if my order is correct and nobody wants that. read more

Well light and airy bagels are ok, but Safeway has those too. This place just has more flavors than Safeway that's about it. I only have come here for a dozen bagels and nothing more but the core of a bagel shop is its bagels, and these are just A-OK. Very doughy and not deeply solid chewy and true New York by any stretch of the imagination. A Ukrainian Jew would pucker at this soft stuff. But tons of flavors, great hours (6am in Summer) and a friendly staff give it 3 stars for sure. If you are looking for the best "New York" bagel in Sacramento, this one is not the one. So far between here and the Golden Gate, Levy's bagels and Co. in Alameda is truly close to the better that NYC has to offer. Even in NYC great "jewish" bagels are hard to come by. Best bagel sandwich I've had in my life, but also the worse customer service you'll ever find in the greater Sacramento area. The middle aged lady who's always there (I assume she is the owner) has NEVER cracked a smile the dozen times I've been there. I've also been there enough that I know she recognizes me as a regular patron, yet she is never friendly or even came close to asking me how my day is or thanking me for supporting the business. Like I said, if it weren't for the exceptional bagel sandwiches, I wouldn't bother with the "I hate my life" look pasted all over her face. Anyways on to the delicious food (which is the only reason they are getting 4 stars from me). The bagel sandwiches are a bit pricey, but they are packed with yummy goodness. They are twice the size of a Noah's Bagel sandwich, so I usually only eat half for breakfast and save the other half for lunch.
