The worst customer service. No appreciation for your loyalty. I would give them a negative star if I could.

Even though I had an appointment, I waited about 10 minutes and watched the girl who ended up doing my nails, walk around and talk to people (in her native language) before coming to her chair to attend me. She then, never spoke to me unless absolutely necessary and barely looked at my face. Never asked my name or attempt to be friendly. She continued to talk to her other friends who work there again in her language. So rude but they all do that so it would not merit this review. The final straw came when the polish out of the bottle was pink and I had clearly picked white. She pointed out it was the same number. I also told the man at the desk at as I was checking out and he too, simply said , "It 's the same number; sometimes color in the bottle not the same." They herd people in and out of there like cattle and have NO customer service. I won't be back. I hope others who are treated so rudely will also write reviews. read more

Kevin, also called Vinh, gave me a manicure and polish. I was very pleased with his work! All my nails look very uniform, and he smoothed out my ridges on the top of my nails super well. I appreciated the hand massage, drink and his pleasant demeanor too! I will be recommending my friends to come to Posh Nail Spa and especially to have Kevin to do their nails. read more

Staff are helpful, kind and talented ... I would personally will return because of that ... However, I wouldn't recommend you go here if you have a large party. We reserved our pedicure chairs far in advance and, despite the staff repeatedly calling us to confirm our reservations, upon arrival we DID NOT have our chairs ... and they had actually sat walk-ins in between us. :-( read more

When Posh opened, they were great. Now, not so much. One of the older guys did my nails, they were a mess and had to be re-done. His attitude was surly. Spent $70 total on a gel manicure! Never again. If you want to have TOM do your nails(he was at Posh when they first opened), he is now at Devine Nail Spa, next to Devine Robin(on Devine St). You will not regret it! read more

I frequently get mani/pedis here, and the service is hit or miss. At times you will sit in a chair for a while before they can get to you, and others you get immediate service. The results have always been great for me. They offer complimentary beverages and the chairs are awesome. The salon itself is really nice with granite walls, floors, and surfaces. I'll try to keep this short, keep in mind I've been here a couple of times. Came in on Friday, mani & pedi. During the pedi the women cut me and did not use a callus remover. During my mani the woman did not fill in my nails all the way and rushed. I was not satisfied & just wanted to leave, so I did not say anything. 6 days later, the gel is coming off on my right index finger. I came back & said I want all my nails redone bc they all look trash. I was told to find the person who did my nails but did not see them. First they asked if I could come back later so I could see if I could verify another person did my nails. And I said no. So I was told that they could fix my one nail but would charge me to redo all my nails. I said that makes no sense when I just spent $60. But whatever do my one nails. 30 minutes go by and other people are being helped and no one is telling me anything. Finally the owner comes out, starts working on all my nails. Doesn't apologize or acknowledge me. I was treated as if I was the problem when his employees aren't doing their job correctly. read more

They have a good amount of colors to choose from, matching gel & polish, their price points are normal, and their salon is really nice inside. Anthony did a fantastic job, and I'm looking forward to coming back for another pedicure, and to try their other services. Also, online scheduling is a huge bonus! read more

I have tried to make this salon work for me as it is open on Sundays and close to home. The last 3 times I've been there have been rushed and not a good experience. They act like they can't get done quick enough and will do whatever to get finished fast. My nails have been damaged by the coarse file that they use to file off the previous polish. I have been going to this nail salon for awhile and love it here. But I went there today with my son which is 13 years old and soon as I signed it the guy going to ask me is my son getting anything done I told him no then he says well u going to have to take him home and come back. I was like what he was like we don't allow children to be in here. I started to go off on the guy but I left with my son. I can understand they don't want children in the salon but before u judge a child by the height ask what's their age. My child is a respectful child and knows how to act in public. I decided to get dip nails which I haven't had in a long time. I went here because I've had 2 pedicures and had a pretty good experience. After this past visit I will not be back. I have several cuts on my fingers and the shape and color were all wrong. After paying $50 I had to go straight to another nail salon and pay to have them fixed. My thumb cuticle area on my left hand keeps randomly bleeding and my nails were so sore the day of. All of my fingers stung whenever they were using different solutions because of all the cuts. When one of my fingertips was bleeding she continued the service without any sanitation which mind you everyone is dipping in the same containers. I am a cosmetologist and this is completely against all safety and sanitation practices. read more

I am a regular posh Killian VIP customer where Francis and his wife know me well. I came for a relaxing experience with my friend, who lives on this side of town. Shanna completed a VIP pedicure. Kim was assigned to be my nail technician. After I sat down, she began the process of soaking off my gel and I asked that if instead of using the drill she pulled out, we could simply use a regular file to remove whatever residue was left of the nail after soaking the gel polish with acetone. She explained to me the drill was faster. I told her I understood that, but that my nailbeds were incredibly weak and my preference was to use the regular nail file. She interrupted me saying she would drill lightly. I told her that my nailbeds were too weak for even that and I preferred only the regular file. She persisted that she needed to use the drill and I explained that I understand it is her preference and that usually I would be okay with it; however, my nailbed condition could not withstand it and that though it would extend the service time and would require more effort on her part, I would appreciate if she would accommodate my request to use a regular nail file. At that time she turned away from me and grabbed a regular nail file. When she turned back towards me, she flicked the regular nail file towards me and told me to file my own nails myself. I looked at her saying nothing. She then said "show me how to file your nails." In disbelief, but calmly I said, no, you know how to do this and you can file the nails with my hands still soaking in acetone. She sat down and began filing the nails. As she was filing she began saying that during the dip process she would need to use the drill. It was at that point I explained to her how my nails became so weak and why I preferred the regular file. I asked her if in knowing all of that she would still be insistent on using the drill and if so then we could just do a manicure. The culmination of her throwing the nail file and continued disrespectful communication became too much that I told her I was no longer comfortable and asked if i could have another nail technician. She went and spoke to Brian. He said he'd find someone to complete the service. He communicated that someone would be coming over to help me. He came back and sat down. He said aggressively that no other tech would be helping me because I didn't want dip. I asked him why. He just kept repeating himself, getting louder and louder among the customers and nail techs becoming increasingly aggressive. I asked him to explain why. He said I could wait for Shanna. I asked him how long was the wait. He said 30 minutes. I said Brian none of this makes any sense--especially considering i had at no point raised my voice or lost my temper despite the way I was being treated. I went on to say, You're not offering me an explanation. May I speak to the owner. He said the owner wasn't there. I asked for the owners name. He told me he didn't know the owners name. I asked how that was possible if he was he the manager? I asked if he was the manager to confirm. He said yes. I said then what's the owners name and he said he doesn't know it again. (I also called Posh Killian, who know me, and they identified Peter as the owner. And, another customer next to me who is a regular told me Peter is the owner. So, Brian misled me.) I asked Brian to please get Peter, who i was told was present in the building. He told me not to make requests of him. When I went to pay, Brian was at the front. I again asked Brian to identify who the owner was. I told him multiple people have said it's Peter. He said you don't trust me. I said I need to provide the owner with information about my experience. I would also like to information you of how Kim made me uncomfortable and why I requested a new technician. I informed him that he compounded the issue by then selectively allowing his technicians to discriminate against me because I no longer wanted a more expensive service and by trying to make the situation embarrassing to me by making me wait and by being disrespectful to me in front of customers by raising his voice without having an understanding of the events. Further, that he continues to misrepresent things to me about the owners identity and that at no point has he offered an apology for my treatment by his tech or for his own behavior. Also that he was demonstrating poor managerial skills in escalating a situation instead of attempting to resolve it. That at no point did I ever demonstrate the rude behavior or aggressive stance to him that he did to me. I told him that for Shanna's treatment I would be giving her a $150 tip for my $102 bill because I believe that good service to people without knowing who they are or what they do for a living should always be rewarded. read more

My friend's nail technician was very rude to her when she asked for him to redo a nail because it had already started peeling, she had gel nails get done. I got gel nails as well and it started peeling within a week of getting them done. read more

Not only was I originally promised matching colors on both my fingers and toes which I could have made a big deal abt but decided to let it go but my gel nails came off within 4 days not just once but twice. I don't understand how it can be considered "fixed" when the fix came off even more quickly and the thick edge of where it was coming off my nail was jagged and pulled out my hair anytime I ran my fingers through my hair. This was a botched job on two occasions and the worst botch was them charging me to fix their own mistakes. I wasn't even asking for them to be redone like I should have. Just for the removal of sharp jagged gel nail polish that was their fault, not mine. Their business ethics are not just questionable, they are not right. I was chased into the parking lot by the manager after assuming that removing the nail polish that I paid for and was awful would have been the least they could have done. I was mistaken. They could and did charge me more just to be left with unpolished nails. I will never go here again and will warn all my friends abt their behavior. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Come here if you want to be talked about or hear the nail techs talk about all of their other customers. The first time I visited the salon my nail tech was extremely nice, to me, but that didn't stop her and her co-worker from sitting there and talking about every other person in the salon. Complaining because they came in 1.5 hrs before close and wondering why they "didn't have anything else better to do on a Sunday." Flash forward to today's service, I hadn't been to a nail salon in a couple of weeks because of unforeseen circumstances so my nails had grown out a bit. I without a doubt needed to have come in sooner but hadn't been able to. From the time I sat down my nail tech Steven couldn't stop talking about how bad my nails looked. He called over his friends to look and repeatedly made comments about them even after a fellow employee told him to stop. In fact, Steven didn't stop until I bluntly told him the reasons why I hadn't been able to come in. That bluntness hushed him up real quick, in which he proceeded to not speak the remainder of my appointment. What he did do was rip off my SNS with an acrylic nail instead of letting them soak off. When I told him that it was hurting, he looked at me, said nothing, and continued to rip my nails off. He then rushed the rest of the way through my $50 pedicure. Again, if want to waste your money on a rushed manicure while either being talked about or having to listen to the nail techs talk about other customers this is the place for you. Otherwise I would stay away. The only benefit of this salon is that they are open on Sunday. read more

This place is the worst. I walked in for a pedicure. Ten minutes later, they sat me at a chair with the water going. 20 minutes later, still no one started my pedicure. Water went cold. And, two others had their pedicures started...while I sat there! It's like I didn't even exist. I just slid my shoes on, and walked out. Not one person said anything to me. I will not return. It's to bad I had to give such a bad review. I wanted to get a fill and a pedicure. When I first came in I was told it was an hour and a half wait. I said I would wait. Then they decided because I had a 1 month old with me they wouldnt allow me to get services because "she wasn't getting service" when I said if that's what the issue is we could paint her toes. But then they still refused to provide service. If you really want to turn away a customer because I had a child with me even when there was other children in there not getting services fine. But I was more then willing to pay to get her toes painted also. I have never in my life gotten turned down because of having a SLEEPING baby with me. Figured I would try somewhere closer to home but I will happily take my money and business to Venus nails off two notch road. It's really sad you would turn someone away like that. Looks terrible for a business. My baby was not only sleeping but she was sleeping in her car seat so she wasn't bothering anyone. And if she would have cried I had a backpack carrier I could have put her in. read more

Was having a pedicure done when a man with a notebook walked in the door... my nail tech jumps up from my pedicure and runs behind a doorway. The nail tech continues to stand behind the doorway peeping out. After a few minutes another nail tech yells something at him in Vietnamese and he comes back out. I get up and go ask the manager to see "Sams" the nail techs license and the manager says who are you and I said I'm a customer. The manager then tells me I don't have the right to ask to see his license. He then starts yelling at me and tells me I'm ruining his business and a man has a right to work. This man yells at me as if I have done something wrong. I called the State Board when I left and it turns out customers do have the right to ask to see a nail techs license and they are required to show it to you. I have filed a complaint with the State Board against them. read more

So I only went here bc I was killing time before another appt I had in the area. I kept seeing the shop so I figured I would check it out. I decided to get just a polish change on my toes. The guy who painted my toes was not friendly at all. I asked him a question about a polish that he said would be too light for my toes and so I asked him if they had a darker version of it and he just flat out said Idk without trying to help. When he painted my toes he started a good ways from the beginning of my nail bed which made the polish look like it was grown out. At the end when I paid at the front desk I handed the guy the money and instead of handing me my change back he sat it on the counter(so rude). Will Never visit again. Nice decor, but despicable customer service! I returned to this nail salon to let the owner know that my nail tech from a couple of days before destroyed the nail beds on several of my fingers from drilling them too much after a gel overlay. I showed the owner physical proof of my concern and he did everything he could to counter everything I had to say. As a healthcare professional with much more experience, I'm appalled at the level of customer service and ignorance that he displayed just to keep a few dollars. NEVER GO TO THIS SALON. I was a regular at one time, but never again. I started getting the dipping manicure again in September and they have ruined my nails twice since. (I had my nails done at another salon in between). Two of my nails broke the day after and now 7/10 all have cracks and it hasn't even been a week. Not only that, they refused to refund the money. They said they would look at it and "fix" any nails and I didn't even want them to touch my nails again. The manager hung up on me. Also--they're NOT CLEAN. They use the same clippers for every customer with no sanitation process in between and they dip everyone's nail into the same powder. That's disgusting. They use the same nail file for all customer's manicures as well. It was worn down and looked very used. The lack of sanitary care during a pandemic is beyond me. It's also way over priced. Save yourself the time and DO NOT waste your money. Go somewhere else with skilled technicians and that are also sanitary. People go to a salon to relax and have "me" time , this is not the place to go to spend money for yourself. Save yourself!!!! read more

First off prepare for a long wait, I was finally seated to get a pedi which is understandable since they were full, but then I sat in a pedi chair until my water went cold. I had the oldest lady in the salon so my nails and I only mention that because I wouldn't allow her to do my pedi again. As she was cutting my cuticles, instead of cutting she was pulling very hard and it hurt so bad. I mentioned to her it hurt but she was busy whispering with the other worker next to her, she scrubbed my feet and while doing so scrubbed the sides of my toes so long it started to burn. My pedicure just sucked, THEN my full set just came out ugly and I need a fill already and I was there yesterday night. My nails are fat, I just won't be back. It's already expensive enough, PLUS! I had scrubbed my house down all day and ran out after a shower so my hands were kind of dry and the lady that seems to run everything said your skin is really dry, "is it because of pregnancy" rude! Learn to speak to people in a respectful way because people with psoriasis would be very hurt by that, luckily I just used too much Lysol! read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have NEVER had a manicure and gel polish experience this awful. It was evident that the nail technician didn't care about the job she was doing. She put 3 coats on one thumb and 2 on the other. So it was very obvious that the thumbs didn't match. She then left polish sticking all to the skin around my nails and I had to have someone file it off up front at the cash register area in front of everyone. I was then charged the full price. It is a beautiful place but not good customer service. They rush the services and barely talk to you. They offer a beverage with service. I had to ask for my drink only to be given a glass with lipstick from another customer on the rim. They gave my sister the wrong beverage and pedicure service requested. Basically be very clear and ask about their procedures if you can find someone who will talk to you. A tablet greets you, if you can get it to work just put your number in. Beautiful salon!!! They really try to please everyone who walks in the door. That said, sometimes it can get really busy (especially wedding, prom, or holiday season). I try to always make an appt (with the same tech I always go to (he's really good)... but even if I have to do a walk in or have to wait shortly for my appt, it is worth it! Today was my first and last visit to Posh Nail Spa! When I make an appointment for a pedicure and manicure I expect to be pampered (Spa implies pampering) . The lady that did my pedicure was very attentive but didn't speak much English, however the feeling of being herded cattle started when the young man came to paint my toenails! He was completely distracted, pampering was the last thing on his mind! He left painting my toenails and fingernails at least 12 times. He was more concerned about the people coming into the salon and what they wanted than what he was doing with my service (if you can call what I received service!). If you're looking to be herded in and out Posh is the place for you. If you are looking for pampering you need to look for a true nail spa, which is what I will be doing! read more
