Wonderful experience all the way around...from my initial call to my appointment. It had been some time since I had received a precision cut and color that was what I had described. Color application had been subpar leading to additional appointments for correction at least twice. As I get more and more gray hair (while still having some darker blonde particularly in the back), I was seeking hair color to give me a more gradual transition growth-wise. Lowlights were also being added with highlights but it got to a point where I was walking out of the salon darker and darker which was not conducive to the ample gray growth at all. And I am not one for making visits to the salon every few weeks for root coverage. I also felt like, due to so little time & effort being given to shaping my hair, there was no longer any real style. I had visited a few different salons, since my longtime hair stylist had moved out of state, and I was getting quite discouraged. April truly listens, and she explains what steps she is taking throughout the process. She gives her full attention and truly aims to please. I had her add bangs back, and she cut them perfectly. I'm so disappointed. I have been going to Posh for several years and have recommended others. However, during the pandemic, they are not wearing masks. No one in the salon is wearing a mask. Not at reception, not at the shampoo station, not even the pedicurist. The chairs are no more than 3 feet apart and there are no barriers. We have not yet reached a peak in the number of growing Covid 19 cases in Arizona. How can they not care if their patrons get sick? How can they even take a chance? read more

I forgot to write a review when I got my haircut last year at this place. Needless to say, from my star rating, I will never be back. HORRIBLE! I had gotten a coupon from work, thinking it would be a great deal. One of the older stylists, I forget her name, took forever to do the cut. I had to request to have it styled. And when I left, my hair was cut unevenly!! I don't typically check to see if my sides are even but this time I did. And not only was one side longer than the other but I had to then pay more money the next week to fix it!! When I called back a few weeks later to redeem the other services on my coupon (massage and manicure), there was never any answer at the front desk. Although the message says they'll call you back, they NEVER DID! This place was unprofessional and a joke. I hope since then something has changed but I doubt it. read more

I brought/showed her 4 photos of a previous haircut including how the haircut was supposed to look like after blow out and style...and she did absolutely the opposite of the 4 pictures I showed her before the haircut. Cyndi was sitting next to me at a function and I asked her, "do you know someone who cuts guys hair?" She said "yes, I do!" So I called the next week and went in. It is the first time I've ever actually been satisfied with a haircut in my life. After spending 3 decades in the military, I don't consider myself terribly picky but gee whiz there are some hacks out there. Cyndi must be the only hair professional with a sense of proportion. Imagine how nice it is to have my hair even on both sides and what's left on top nicely integrated. If you are a guy and want a great haircut you need to try Cyndi. She provides ice packs to help numb the area first, so it is completely pain-free. She even showed me how to treat my problematic ingrown hairs. I had a Brazilian Blow Out with Cyndi, the owner. She did an awesome job and gave me lots of tips about how to better care for my hair. Best of all, she completed the entire process in less than two hours (I have very thick, shoulder length hair.) Cyndi is an experienced veteran in the hair care industry and knows her stuff. My husband purchased a salon package to this salon I was so excited to go to a salon in Scottsdale I decided to take my mom with me for her birthday to get a cut and color I got a hair cut... It was one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had the girl who did my hair straight up told me she wasn't going to thin my hair anymore after I told her I wanted it thinner 50$ later for just my hair cut I got out of the chair a unhappy customer ... Next we go to my mom she wanted a full decolonization the woman gave her highlights when I realized what she was doing I explained that's not what we wanted ... She proceeded to tell us that she thought her idea was better! We began to argue and she still never made it right! So then we came to the end we discovered the hair cut looked nothing like the picture and we wanted it shorter the woman told us .... Next time!........ My stylist here is April and I couldn't be more grateful to have found her!! I moved recently from California and I had the same hairstylist for 10+ years and loved how she did my hair, so I was very nervous about finding someone I liked here in Scottsdale. First salon/stylist I went to I didn't like at all and thankfully found April shortly after. She's so good about listening to what you want and giving you amazing results. I wanted long layers, which she did perfectly, but then a month later I wanted to chop it to my collar bone. But as I have pretty thick hair I was nervous about it looking bad on me (due to a previous stylist layering the crap out of it so it looked awful) but April cut it perfectly! Not too many layers and falls so naturally. She's awesome at going little by little to make sure you're comfortable with how it turns out. I'm so grateful for her!!
