Then we went to the cars and she taught us how to install it using the latches and the seatbelt. Both my wife and I got a chance to do it on our own with her watching on our own vehicles. I definitely could have read the manual or gone on youtube but Karen was very knowledgeable about a ton of baby products and answered our questions and put both of us as ease over the installation and how to use the car seats in our cars. I was a little skeptical as some reviews stated customer service was lacking, and there were no appointments for an assisted tour available for us to book on a weekend for over a month out. But we were impressed by the attentiveness and knowledge of the women that were working the floor. They answered all of our questions and offered suggestions for our needs. Upon arrival we were greeted and provided explanation on how the store worked and were asked which items we were most interested in looking at and were provided their locations in the building for easy viewing. There are multiple bathrooms and lactation rooms for guests, which is great for expectant and current mothers. There is also an elevator to access the second floor if you're unable to use the stairs or have a stroller etc. The best part of the visit was trying on the baby carriers with the different weighted baby dolls, as I had back surgery at a young age and was very unsure which harness would be comfortable on my back (especially with the added weight of a baby). I did only give 4 stars as we were all a little disappointed that you cannot buy anything in store. In addition I wish there was more selection and variety in some of the rooms, however all of the items we were most concerned about had plenty of options.
