I haven't seen this deal anywhere so I knew I had to jump on the deal. We did the transaction over the phone. I didn't pick up the car seat right away as I live far. Prior to pick up, it would of been helpful if the lady would of gave me a heads up on the parking situation. The store is on busy Ventura Blvd, which is all metered parking - good luck basically if you come here on a weekend, which I did. The day I show up there's no spots near & I ended up parking in loading which made me so paranoid of getting a ticket. I ended up asking the employee if I can park in the back & she said I could go around. Good thing I did because this car seat was HEAVY & BARELY fit in the car. I also did look around the store to see what else they have for sale. This truly is an infant store. You won't find toddler clothing or toys. All the merchandise is specifically geared towards infancy, which is nice, especially for first time parents who need all the things. I was underwhelmed, & felt a bit frustrated wishing they had more for toddlers. All in all, this is a great shop if you're looking for strollers, car seats, or cribs !!! Don't come here for clothing - the selection is boring. I would recommend this store for first time parents not sure which baby item would fit because baby items are an investment & it's always nice to try before you buy !

They're almost hostile if you ask about anything other than the Nunas which they push aggressively. I live in the area so I pop in sometimes and I always regret it. Probably a good place to go if you want a Nuna but if you can't spend over $1000 on a stroller they basically think you're trash.

Summary: this brand makes the best, both physically and chemically safe cribs out there. As a…read morehuman, you never mistake the smell of real wood, and that's what this store smells like; none of that junk wood and paint. Every piece is made from high-quality wood of your choice and finished in natural oil. If you don't live near their showroom to check out their cribs and furniture in person, I can give you my honest-to-goodness word that you won't regret this purchase. Placing the order was quick and simple, and the customer service by Edward was excellent. Details: After endless research on cribs and furniture, it was fate and luck that landed us in this store. Our first objective was safety, and that word is thrown around very loosely online. While most decent average-priced cribs out there are physically safe, meaning that it won't collapse on your baby, chemical safety is often neglected. After reading horror stories about toddlers chewing on supposedly walnut wood during teething and the parents having to wipe the fake black-brown walnut paint off of their little one's face, I decided to dig deeper. There is so much bogus online marketing around "water based paint" and "green gold standards" all orchestrated by the disposable-furniture industry who are benefitting off the back of poor people in third-world countries. While you and I probably grew up in a crib with lead paint and we turned out "fine", we now know that there is a better way of making things, and that happens to be the old-school way of carpentry. The moment you walk into this store, you can smell the natural wood, unlike other furniture stores that look and smell like disneyland. Our next objective was quality, which you can immediately feel by touching the Green Cradle cribs; and also hoping that whoever made our furniture was paid a decent wage, which is the case with this product being made in USA.

The store was nearly empty when we walked in-- just one other couple who left within a few minutes, and two sales associates. The first associate we spoke with was kind and welcoming, but didn't have much knowledge about the store's discount/registry or delivery policies. Not an issue at all-- she offered to check with a colleague, who I assume was a manager or supervisor. That's where things took a turn. The second associate who came over was disengaged, with a dry and unhelpful demeanor. It felt like assisting customers was more of an inconvenience than part of the job. When you're making a purchase of over $1,000 for a CHAIR, you expect a certain level of attentiveness and care. This was far from it. Even asking a simple question of how the item is shipped/delivered (after purchase, mind you) was treated by this associate like we were morons who didn't know their ABCs. It was incredible. *NEWSFLASH: Amazon sells Babyletto. If the model and color I wanted had been available, I would have gladly ordered it there instead-- quicker delivery and ZERO attitude from a disinterested employee. No customer should be made to feel like an inconvenience, especially when making a big purchase. If a commission was earned on my sale, it certainly wasn't due to any effort on their part. Here's hoping the shipping/delivery goes smoothly.

The showroom has all the popular baby items that everyone tends to add to their registry and me and my husband especially liked the strollers area. There's not a lot of shops where you can test all the popular strollers so this was a great location to just see and test everything out. It is a very large showroom with 2 story and we came out very more prepared and educated with what we wanted to register for our baby. I also really liked that we got to see everything in person. You don't actually purchase anything here but it's meant to help you with building your registry with the Babylist and also see everything in person. There's a lot of areas too where they make it interactive like a giant baby bjorn (which was super comfortable by the way), photo opportunities and booths so overall it was a very fun time! They have a parking structure across the street with free parking as well for a set amount of time. I would highly recommend the showroom to all expecting parents!! :)

We decided to visit on Father's Day with family and were pleasantly surprised. I was a little skeptical as some reviews stated customer service was lacking, and there were no appointments for an assisted tour available for us to book on a weekend for over a month out. But we were impressed by the attentiveness and knowledge of the women that were working the floor. They answered all of our questions and offered suggestions for our needs. Upon arrival we were greeted and provided explanation on how the store worked and were asked which items we were most interested in looking at and were provided their locations in the building for easy viewing. There are multiple bathrooms and lactation rooms for guests, which is great for expectant and current mothers. There is also an elevator to access the second floor if you're unable to use the stairs or have a stroller etc. The best part of the visit was trying on the baby carriers with the different weighted baby dolls, as I had back surgery at a young age and was very unsure which harness would be comfortable on my back (especially with the added weight of a baby). I did only give 4 stars as we were all a little disappointed that you cannot buy anything in store. In addition I wish there was more selection and variety in some of the rooms, however all of the items we were most concerned about had plenty of options.
