I love that the toppings and sides (such as different cheeses, dressings, sauces, mayonnaise, dipping sauce) are housed in their own individual containers, which really lets me pick and choose what I want to use or what I want to offer to someone else without it being contaminated. If she felt an assortment was better, she should have suggested it during the ordering process so I could make the final decision. Instead, she took it upon herself to change my order without my consent. As I explained to her, it was a requirement for the classroom that every child receive the same flavor. Providing an assortment creates a situation where some kids get the flavor they want while others are stuck with the "leftover" flavor, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Because I couldn't guarantee that every child would get the same option, I couldn't use these for the school as intended. To make matters worse, there was no offer to redo the order or provide a partial refund for the error. Luckily, I was able to find a different baker last minute who made exactly what I asked for--and for $10 less than I paid here. She truly saved the day!
