"Ate" Tina is a caterer and she cooks food in her store front for pick up and catering events. Her cooking is very clean meaning not oily or too salty. I have called on Tina for a couple of events now and every time she has gone above and beyond. The last event, I requested a grazing board for a women's retreat I was hosting in my home. There was something for everyone in my group of 9: fresh vegetables (the broccoli and cauliflower were blanched to perfection), creamy dips, a lovely assortment of meats and cheeses, sliced breads, crackers, roasted mixed nuts, beautiful berries, sweet pineapple chunks, dates, deviled eggs, etc. all beautifully arranged on wooden boards and trays she had generously loaned to me for the day. Tina is amazing to work with for catering services. I had a need for a large order of lumpia and turon on very short notice for an event serving over 900 people. As soon as we were able to get in touch, they figured out how much inventory was available to turnaround an order within a week. Amazing! Had an absolutely fantastic experience throughout the entire process working with Tina to cater a graduation party last weekend. She was extremely responsive when I started doing my research for a caterer and during our first conversation, I knew that I wanted to move forward with her. I appreciated that the variety of food options she had and her willingness to accommodate a number of allergies and food restrictions.
