If I could, I would give this company a 0 star review! I want to start off by saying that we normally order take out at this restaurant at least once a week since they have open and the food has always been good, but we haven't always had a good experience with the staff. This afternoon we called to place a togo order like we normally do but this particular dish wasn't being served today which we completely forgot but isn't uncommon because they always have specials. When we asked to place the order, instead of the server letting us know that the dish was only served on a certain day she simply just stated "NO" that we couldn't order it. Strange right? She didn't give any explanation as to why we couldn't order it, she just stated "NO". So after a couple of seconds passed, we asked why we couldn't order it and she proceeded to state it was because it was only available on certain days. The server asked if we wanted to order something different, but we declined and told Mandy that we wanted to look at the menu before we ordered. After those words Mandy immediately disconnected the phone without a goodbye or ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! So we decided to call back and ask for a manager because this wasn't the first time that we had been hung up on unexpectedly which is another reason why we decided to call back and ask for a manger. Instead of the manager coming to the phone, one of the owners wives picked up the phone and immediately started talking over us, not allowing us to tell her what happen and just decided to take the side of the worker instead of asking us what the problem was or trying to rectify the situation. She also said that it's hard for her to believe that we order from the restaurant all the time because we didn't know who she was. So, what was initially a very small problem turned out to be one of the worst experiences in our lives. She constantly spoke over us on the phone, not allowing us to talk and when we finally got the chance to talk after having to basically yell over her she decided to call us aggressive. Which was very belittling. We find it very hard for an owner of a restaurant to get on the phone and not listen to anything that the customer is saying. It is very obvious that race played a big part in them not wanting to listen to anything we had to say and constantly defending Mandy when she was not being professional and providing horrible customer service. I felt the need to go into the restaurant to speak with one of the owners because we thought that maybe she was trying to cover for Mandy and that she wasn't actually an owner. However, when I finally spoke to one of the men he confirmed that it was his wife who spoke with us on the phone, and she was part owner but not a manager. He then proceeded to try and intimidate me and tell me how upset he was and that "if he would have gotten on the phone it wouldn't have been pretty" I would not advise anyone to eat at this restaurant! I felt that the owner was trying to make me feel like our feelings and our experience was not valid and he also felt the need to let me know that he will always have the backs of his workers over a customer. Race does seem to be a huge factor in how I was treated today even if the restaurant doesn't want to admit it! read more

Really enjoyed the food!. My husband and I shared the Greek wings which were phenomenal. I had the beer battered fish ad chips and my husband had the gyro. Both were excellent. The tiramisu was almost as good as what we had in Italy. The service is good and attentive without being overbearing. We reserved the party room for our mom's 60th birthday. There were 40 of us and we were pleasantly surprised by how amazing the service was. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. Josh took care of us and I can honestly say that we could not have asked for a more attentive or more professional server. The cost for everything was way cheaper than anywhere else in town. Placed a large pick up order on a Saturday night. Hubby said place was packed when he arrived to pick up & they were bringing our order out as he was walking up to the pick-up area. Everyone got something different, but my rating is solely based on the entree I chose which was chicken strips. The strips were very dry & chewy, they were definitely over-cooked. I only ate a couple bites of one tender & ended up throwing the rest away. I had steamed broccoli as a side & so I ate that. We also ordered 2 large Greek salads as an app & the salads were fresh & quite good, I esp enjoyed the dressing. One person in our party ordered the prime rib & said it was very good. Another ordered the fish & chips & shared with me since my chicken was inedible. My daughter tried the American burger which she said was ok. Hubby had the Gyro which he also said was "ok". I would def be willing to give Post 25 another shot just for the fish & chips. All in all it was an ok first run for Post 25, minus the chicken strips. read more

We were not allowed to sit at the table we wanted but the next party of three was allowed to sit at the full booth. Our next issue was the noise level. It is a big open room with tables every where people talking loud. The service is horrible and extremely slow. We were seated for 45 minutes before our appetizer arrived at table. It was 55 minutes from the time we sat down to get our drinks. I like to get my drinks first then my appetizer. We did order our drinks first but it didn't come out that way. We ordered a pizza and it was delivered cold and we never received plates to eat off of. It was pricey for the size of the pizza. Our drinks were not made fresh and you could tell it was bottle mixes. I like fresh limes and lemon not poured from a bottle. Our first and last experience here. read more

Our waiter would disappear for long stretches and eventually the hostess had to ring us the check. This was my favorite restaurant for the last year, I've always raved about the wings, however two days ago I got tiger wings and the next morning I've came down with salmonella and have been incredibly sick. Looked in my Togo box at my other wings and they were pink inside.
