I've had several issues over the years and he's the one person that refuses to right the mistakes his employees have made. He takes no responsibility for anything and instead puts the blame on his employees and customers. Also, don't count on your mail actually being held during your vacations, every single time I've put a hold on my mail- I've had to call from wherever I'm at and tell them to go pick up packages that they've delivered.

When I opened the box, one of the side openings had several bends, and the two romance books that should've been inside were replaced with four used books with "Jesus" in the title. Online instructions said to file the report and inform the local PO, but their supervisor sent a worker to say there was nothing they could do. Mail tampering is illegal, so you'd think they'd be more concerned that this happened in San Antonio. But I was dismissed without a second thought and the "supervisor" couldn't be bothered to come out of their office for a conversation.

I saw the "UPS" sign in the window and assumed that they would be able to take care of a simple scan and hand off. But apparently, this location does not take "Amazon" returns. Well, not every package handling service can do it all. The staff seemed to only be one person, and her name is "Valory". She was very polite and friendly. Came for a citizenship ceremony. It's a large lot and was able to park the bobtail 18 wheeler. The…read morelines were a mess.. they mixed with who was done and wanting to take a picture with the outside boards and people waiting to get in. Tip, the inside line js for people wanting to get in and there's one guest per person. They had a new citizenship ceremony every hour. Inside was clean and the people doing the x rays were nice. Ceremony was rushed. They used to call out names and hand certificates individually. Everyone is sworn in at the same time and nothing is done separately.
