I was getting breakfast sandwiches from Figarelly's deli in East Meadow for a long time, but it has unfortunately closed, and this place is my new go-to. The place is on Post Ave and it is a one or two man operation from what I've seen. The guy that runs the place seems pretty nice. The interior is pretty run down looking and there are bags of chips and cup noodles that look like they've been there for the past 20 years. They do have tables both inside and outside if you order food to stay. I think the food here is fairly solid and priced pretty decently with all things considered in late 2021. I usually get either the hungry man hero (ham, bacon, sausage, eggs and cheese on a hero. About $7 plus tax) or the pancake breakfast platter (pancakes, eggs, meat of choice. $9 plus tax). Both orders will fill you up pretty well. This is probably a decent place to get a BEC. Hopefully this place stays in operation and keeps the solidly priced and hearty breakfast specials coming for a while. Cheers.

I got a super green press juice and he got an energy pressed juice. We split the bagels so that I could try half of each. They were both incredibly delicious. I really loved the texture of the bagels, crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. This bagel shop was more than just a bagel shop. They had sandwiches and other food in the deli, cakes, cookies, and so much more! The shop is super clean and the ingredients are very fresh. The ladies at the counter were very sweet and welcoming. I definitely recommend this bagel shop. Come hungry, and order a variety. You won't be disappointed!

I'm always surprised when I go out for breakfast. You never know what you will get. "The Bagel…read moreShop" was a place my brother wanted me to check out for a long time. I'm surprised he recommended it. Parking is a breeze, they share it with a few businesses. The building doesn't really stand out, it blends in with the store front. Inside the place is incredibly beautiful. Wooden floors, comfortable seating and a counter the length of the store. The digital boards are a nice touch as well. At the counter I made my order. They recommended these store made drinks so I decided to go with it. When my egg sandwich came out, I went to pay. I was surprised two egg sandwiched and two drinks came out to over thirty dollars. I paid and sat to eat. The drink was made fresh and delicious. However, the egg sandwich was disappointing. The content of the sandwich did not cover the entire sandwich. I asked for extra cheese and it was not on it. And sadly, it was mostly bread. I was surprised it wasn't special because it cost so much. Maybe, I should have gotten a bagel at a bagel shop, but I wanted eggs. I just have to temper my expectations going forward at bagel shops. Maybe eggs aren't there thing.

This is a tiny, cosy, delicious and "beautiful" bagel spot that is appropriately "sandwiched"…read morebetween a beauty parlor and a hair place and busy for all the right reasons. Delicious hand rolled soft bagels. I got an everything bagel sliced and it was superb. Fresh, really tight bagel which was definitely more substantial than what I get elsewhere with the perfect crispy just right crust and a nice chewy interior. The dried garlic and onion, salt, poppy and sesame seeds on top were just the right amount. This was a fantastic bagel. Did not need toasting. The egg salad was dynamite. It had the correct amount of mayonnaise and no egg smell yet tender, soft and creamy chunks in the egg salad. This was a nice change from the usual omelette or scrambled eggs Sammy. The staff is really cool. Young kids who are quick, alert, polite and thankful. The team here was very thorough and precise and repeated my order back to me to ensure accuracy. There was a line of 5 before me and it moved rapidly. There are only 6 seats inside ( 3 small tables) and a high chair for babies. They have a cute display with candy chips, cookies and Nutella packets. The cream cheese and salad cooler looked fantastic and very appetizing. The one thing that struck me immediately was how clean and organized everything was. Very warm and inviting. $1.50 each for the bagel is a very good price. I loved Bagels Santa Fe. I will definitely be back to try everything else.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by friendly faces, which sets a warm and welcoming tone. It's a straightforward kind of place, order to go or, if there's a few available seat, enjoy your food right there. The shop is cozy, with just three small tables, each with a couple of chairs. Despite the size, they have a great selection of bagels, various types of butter, cream cheeses, and other spreads. Prices are very reasonable. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel with a medium coffee, and it was just $8. The big open windows at the front make it a comfortable spot to soak up some sunshine, especially on a cold winter day like today. The little shop is kept very clean, and organized which is a huge plus for me! I definitely appreciate that. They also have fresh brewed coffee with a variety of flavored creamers. I love these little spots where you can grab something to eat and enjoy a quiet moment alone. I'll definitely be stopping back in before heading to the airport to pick up some bagels to take home to Florida!

Instead I got a bunch of blank stares looking like "excuse me, we have gossip to talk about and you're interrupting it" before another girl walked over very friendly asking how I was and what I'd like to order. Only got a French Toast bagel with butter & syrup & could feel the other girls not wanting me to be there. I was once young myself & had "friends" who worked there who were the center of drama in their circles, so it wasn't quite a shocker to me. I'm sure if any of the older ladies who were probably off for Mothers Day were there, the ship would have been ran a bit more tight. Also came home to my bagel barely having any butter or syrup on it which I could put more on myself, but for almost $4 it would be nice to have it be more filled.

This morning I noticed that they will now use Uber Eats/Door Dash/Grub Hub, etc. When I arrived there were two women, both working the grill. Neither one acknowledged me, and continued working. After waiting for more than five minutes, several customers had arrived. I politely inquired if we would be served, as I understood they were working on the "to go" orders; however, there were several of us waiting to be served. I was told that the "to go" orders had to be taken care of first. This was customer service, at its worst. The fact that customers who are actually in your establishment to be served, have to wait until all to go orders had to be made is horrible. Some folks are on their way to work and grabbing breakfast. It escapes me why one person could not make the orders for customers in the establishment and the other person make the to go orders. As a patron of your establishment, this was customer service at it's worse. After this experience, if I could give zero stars, I would.
