Each day i do see my Mail Courier (parked at the end of my street) , but I never actually get my mail, or packages. What I think is going on is they park in the neighborhood, scan the packages as delivered (so the GPS location is recorded...I had two just yesterday) then they deliver your package whenever they feel like it?or it goes missing entirely? If I'm wrong my apologies , but if you call this location (you will just get put on hold indefinitely with endless advertisements blaring in your ear for hours)or complain online it will go unanswered.

This is my favorite post office in the Kalamazoo area. The staff are very friendly (and always…read moresmiling), the line usually goes fast, and if there is an enormous line, as there was today, someone will come out with a portable counter to help people with easy orders (package drop-off, stamps). There are several handicap spots right in front (thank you!) - the shortest walk from the handicap parking to the door of any of our local post offices. I will drive out of my way to go here, and am pleased that we have such a nice, clean, friendly post office.

ALL FOUR TIMES. the purpose of my call was to find out where my mail was. I paid $600 to have PO collect my mail and send it priority each Wednesday delivered to me in Ft. Myers on Saturday. When I got in there was a small growing line but I was so impressed by the representative making eye contact and speaking to each customer and yet not Taking away from the customer she was helping!!! I can't say I've ever seen customer service on this level. She also was in great spirits and high energy, not annoying high energy but warm...like an aunt. She was able to help me with my FedEx shipment. It doesn't work how it would at a FedEx office ship & print, though I was still able to use my account. I'm not sure if I'll ever be in this town again but I just had to take a moment and shout out Heather! She is a rockstar and I hope she receives the appreciation she deserves. Thanks much!

She looked at me like I'd misplaced my own head. The forms were a puzzle, each box a surprise, Yet questions just earned me exasperated eyes. I've always received my SSI checks like clockwork and informed delivery has ALWAYS shown the…read morecorrect date they will be delivered, until March's payment. Informed delivery showed it to be delivered on 2/28 a Friday. It was never delivered and rescinded into the system for Saturday...never delivered. When I did not receive it on Monday the 3rd I went to the post office. Post master said informed delivery wasn't always accurate? I've always received the mail shown EXCEPT once last year and it wasn't my government check. Then he added my regular carrier was ill so I chalked it up to that. I received the check the next day on the 4th. Called SSA and they said it must be your post office/carrier because it was sent early enough to arrive on the correct date. And that April shouldn't be a problem because the 1st falls on a Tuesday. Informed delivery showed my check scanned to be delivered on 3/31 but the envelope clearly does state Deliver 4/1/25. So naturally I thought the post office might hold it the 1 day and deliver it on the 1st. We'll this is the 2nd, it's storming, and my mail was delivered 2 hours earlier than normal but still NO check! I was told after the last time I called that if this happened again I was to report my post office to the SSA. Which I plan on doing tomorrow, 4/3!

These women, especially the post master (she man Jo) are always trying to play detective with the…read morepackages I bring in. Tried to save a few bucks by shipping a couple items via media mail. Let me tell you, they opened my packages to inspect the contents and held the shipments back from my customers. After they found it was not media mail they handed the packages to my home mail delivery (another nosy, lazy woman) and she proceeded to set them on the ground outside my back door in the rain, opened and unsecured. Why don't they appreciate the steady business I bring them, and keep their nosy selves out of my affairs? They try to play detective which comes across as rude! It wont hurt them a bit to just ship my stuff and mind their own business. Do your job and stop the hating you unruly snobs!! The delivery lady will jam stuff in to my mail box even if it deforms the item or my mail box, to avoid getting off her lazy butt to delivery my packages to the door. I will be complaining on the feedback surveys as well.

Grand Rapids police and postal staff do nothing to address the situation. PO Boxes only accessible during business hours, not very convenient or customer friendly. No automated shipping kiosk. In addition, supervisors shift blame to consumers when their staff continue to deposit mail in a private mailbox when all mail is supposed to be going to a PO Box that I pay several hundred dollars a year for.
