This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

She needed me to send something overnight and I wasn't sure if I had made the cutoff time. When I walked in, I was greeted by Bertha, who was incredibly bubbly and welcoming. She quickly asked for the destination zip code and let me know it was still possible, which was such a relief. I ran back out to my car to grab the three boxes, and before I even made it far, Todd walked out from inside the store to help me. What a gentleman!
