The owner then began scanning them and yelled at me that I put the labels on "wrong". When I turned the box toward him and instructed him on how to use the scanner, they scanned fine. He became angrier at this and the situation was actually frightening. He would not provide the shipping confirmation receipt and raised his voice at me in front of my child at least 3 times. I have contacted corporate and other 800 numbers for Postal Annex with no response. Highly recommend you avoid this location.

Wasted several minutes while she kept saying her package was right infront of them (on the counter). They ignored her. Finally at the end one of the two looked where she was pointing and low and behold it was her package. Then the two employees started bickering over who didnt read the label correctly I needed a notarization- couldnt do it. I wanted a passport photo- couldnt do that either. The lady (possibly the owner?) went out of her way to give me a good quote among FedEx, UPS and a host of other shippers, putting the shipment in an envelope just the right size to help me keep the cost down. It was clear that she has repeat clients, as a regular in cowboy boots came in just after me. I liken it to PostalAnnex or the UPS Store, as she has a wall of shipping supplies, a machine for getting keys made, mailboxes for rent and also a large-format printer. There are also notary services available. But the lady seemed as sweet (and thorough) as ever!
