Very limited review, as the only reason I was here was to retrieve a UPS package. The parking lot is pretty small and a bit of a nightmare, I'd say. There is what I call an alley-lot right past the shopping center on VanOwen; it's a bit better, but was nearly full when I went (during lunch time, which was my bad!). The great news is that I was in and out very quickly with friendly service. The gentleman behind the counter helped me immediately, checked ID (as he should for this package) and sent me on my way. Can't ask for much more than fast, friendly service. He can't control the parking lot, so no knock against him or his business. read more

It so happpens I needed to get a live scan done as soon as possible and I called around to quite a few locations. Piece of advice no one is open at 7 am nor at 8 am. 9am you might get you call picked up by an answering machine but not this location! They answer and we're helpful over the phone to answer my questions before driving there. Yes they do live scans and are doj approved. I arrived and it wasn't busy. The parking lot itself wasn't busy either it's small so I can see it being hectic during busy flow of business. I was in and out in no time. And from the few places that I was able to get a quote from this was the most reasonable in price. read more

I brought my daughter this morning for her passport pictures and the gentleman inside was great! He took multiple pictures and let me choose the best one. The pictures were ready within 5 minutes which was amazing especially since I have a 2.5 month old. We've had a unit here for somewhere around 15 years, back when the owner was "Fred". Don't know whatever happened to him ... So, now Adrian owns the place and there's a lot more available than just a receptacle for your mail. Faxing, Copying, Print, Biz Cards, Notary and much more. A jack of all trades you might say. Adrian is very friendly and even does some special requests for us when asked. I won't say what, but it's not sexual related mind you. The only thing he doesn't do is USPS shipping. There's a post office right up the street though if you must. Anyway, the box rentals are acceptably priced although I haven't checked around. You are given a key to both the door and your box so you can unlock your receptacle 24/7. Now that sounds just plain dirty. The parking lot is SMALL and TIGHT, especially during lunch time and rush hour. There's some more parking in back on the west side of the building, but it too is often crowded. It appears that the nail salon is to blame for much of that longer term parking. Sometimes, I just drive around the block and when I return there's a space open because most people are just running in for a beer, a doughnut, or shave ice. Mahalo! read more

The place is quite small and I had to use this when our office fax machine wasn't working properly. It is pricey to fax BUT it is cheaper than your chain stores [Fed Ex, etc). The owner/operator of the location is very nice and gave me a discount both times I went there. There is a strange smell attached to the place but you should be in and out pretty fast. I'm not too familiar with the other services here so I won't be able to give further details/review on them. read more

The man who owns Postal Express is a scumbag. He lies to customers, he charges almost 50% more to ship packages, the store smells like cigarette smoke the moment you walk in. And most of all if you ship a package with him there is a chance it may never even get shipped. Not to mention the parking lot is a disaster. Stay away from this place at all costs, there is a post office just 3 blocks from him and a UPS Store 2 blocks away. Save your money and go there. read more

I called the owner Adrian for Live scan service for myself 5 days before arrival and he provided me a price which I agreed. 4 days later I show up, he changed the price on me,. He was very rude and very bad attitude. I needed 4 other live scan too. I took care one and left his place and will never go back. I am so surprise for him to be on the location with such a negative personality. All his neighbors and people who knows him in the area dislike him. The sign on the door says there open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday but at 9:11 the doors are still locked and the business is closed. The people who work there might work on JST. This place rips you off. They quoted me for a price, when you go there, they told me there is 5 dollar charge for a credit card or debit card. Not mentioned the fact that other places charge 20 dollars less than the original price of this place. Please be truthful to your customers!!! read more
