Not 5 stars but not, not 5 stars you know... Solid. Needed 2 witnesses for a document and he found two people for us. $16 notary and copies. Maybe copies were free maybe not but that was the final price. Lots of elderly people in area so maybe you too will deal with parking lot rudeness due to poor eyesight lol. read more

This place is great. Absolutely love the customer service. I have visited two other notaries and both spoke to me extremely condescendingly but the notary in this location was the complete opposite. She's very sweet and efficient. Also had a nice chat with her assistant. Only $1 for each faxed page! As for the messy, cramped decor, I actually appreciate it. I called to make sure the notary would be in, and said I was coming right away. When I got there, I had to wait 20 minutes for him to show up. He seemed flustered, and forgot to have me sign the notary book. His partner gave me a quarter to add time to the meter, and made a free copy of my one pg. document. That was nice. Having to wait for service, the disorganization of the office, and not too focused notary, is a turn-off. read more

I am pretty sure these guys have the best prices on everything. Jim and Jim are super friendly and genuinely seem to want to help with anything. I was surprised by the amount of services they offer. Mail boxes, UPS services, copies, keys and even some lock-smith services. Jim says they have many hard to find keys, so if you can't find your key anywhere else, I would definitely try here. It's really unfortunate. Mike is such a super nice guy, but he's hired a new guy who has no idea what he's doing. He messed up 4 packages in 2 separate transactions in a row. The first one from 2 weeks ago I didn't complain about because it was a personal shipment, but I just called to complain because this time it affects my business, and my 2 day air packages went GROUND and are still not in my client's hands. It's Saturday and they were supposed to be there THURSDAY. The guy on the phone yelled at me that he's "the new owner and I need to respect him!" He said "If you want to get anything done, you need to respect me!" I said "You won't be doing ANYTHING for me because I will never use your business again!" No apology. No attempt to help me. I certainly hope he is the new owner and Mike is getting out of there, because this guy will drag him into the mud. Lastly, I called UPS to A. complain about this guy and B. see where one package is that says it hasn't left yet, and the central UPS center was so unhelpful and basically said my package "might be lost" but they can't do anything until Dec. 9th because this guy sent it ground, and this one was supposed to go next day air.
